Aquamax Sprinkler Systems

The inspection was great, the follow up non-existant!

I had to refuse to pay this provider because they sent a representative that said he did not know the details of the service call and and checked my sprinkler timings which wasn't even running. This was his second trip out when he said the first time that it was too wet to look at and he would come back in a couple of days. I had to call again when over a week had passed. The office said they would send out a mentor with the original service person. They did not and did not even relay the details of the issue. Not sure how you could possibly do business at this level. This company wasted a lot of my time and 2 weeks later I am at square one. Do not hire!

Chris Kuntz came out this morning fixed the problem promptly and spent some time helping me better understand my system. I've used Aquamax three times previously and they are efficient, professional and a good value. My highest recommendation.

I was extremely pleased with the work and the individual that they sent to provide the service. I will call them again when needed.

The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They did an excellent job, and I could not have expected better. They found and resolved all issues very easily, and they even found some we were not aware of and repaired them at a very reasonble price.

I also paid them way more. They completed the work without me having to follow-up. I actually never did follow-up, I just blew it off because it was a hassle for me. They felt they finished the job. I didn't feel that they finished the job. This one was one of those situations where I wouldn't have done it except if something from Angie's List pops out. They agreed to do a certain thing but I wanted that certain thing done and then I paid them for the extra. He did the extra but he never did the original thing that I bought from Angie's List. I found that frustrating. I did call once and I did not get a good response so I just blew it off. I figured out it was $60, it doesn't matter. I don't know if it was the company as much it was the individual who came to my house. He really didn't seem to give a rat's patookis. He came out to do the one job but he was complete original day but he did not complete it. He said, I'll take care of the rest when I get back to do the other part of the job but I'm going to have to schedule because you want this and this done. I'm absolutely fine, that works for me. When he came back and he did the second part of the job, he never completed the first part of the job. It was too much of a hassle for me to follow-up with it.

Chris from Aquamax went above and beyond a typical sprinkler system repair. He educates you on how sprinkler systems, landscaping, and even home repair. He was able to repair a broken pipe underground which previous contractors couldn't fix. You can trust his 20+ years of sprinkler system experience. Fair pricing for service. Very professional - assessed and repaired issues found

Very prompt, courteous, communicated well, worked around heavy unexpected rainstorm. Repaired multiple sprinkler heads and a sprinkler line that required extensive digging.

Good service , cost less than I thought

They came on time, the manager would answer every question, I was out there with them and he would tell me exactly what they were doing and when they were doing it. They were very organized and they worked continuous to get the work done in a day. They cleaned up very nice and were very nice people. They asked me where to put the extra dirt and put it all around the house like I asked. He showed me how to work they system. They did an excellent job and I would recommend them to everybody. If they did other services I would ask them to come out and do that too.

The technician was very friendly and courteous. He checked my system, adjusted the heads near the house so they no longer hit the house per my request. He told me what needed to be done to bring the system up to par. This consisted of replacing some sprinkler heads. I declined the additional work and he was very courteous about it. I was very pleased at the time. I will add however that soon after the service call I noticed a small lake around the valve box. This was not discussed as recommended work and may have occurred coincidentally after his visit or it may be that it was already broken and he missed it. I am basing my rating on the assumption that this was a coincidence, but felt it should be noted.

Okay. Not so great. Sprinkler heads are installed good, but not adjusted properly to cover the zones.

Their actual tech was wonderful but they're clearly way overbooked. They were so late on each time. At one time, they missed my appointment because they were so backed up. They retorted to cancel me. They're hard to get in touch with. The actual service guy was perfectly nice but the company itself never called nor responded.

Had an appointment - no how, called day of, day after and 2 days after - no return calls. Very unprofessional.

Great...the technician found a cut in a water pipe that was causing the flooding.

Fine, could have been more thorough - missed 2 heads

The day Chris arrived to do the job he said he had to be done by 1pm because Aquamax has assigned him four additional jobs for the day. He seemed agitated to have five jobs in one day. Final outcome was horrible. First of all a significant amount of the hose was visible (above ground) kind of defeats the purpose of an underground soaker hose. The hose above ground had a significant amount of kinks and a number of times no 90 degree elbows - the hose was just bent to fit :-( . I am wondering how many kinks there might be with the hose underground and out of sight. On one side of the garage there was no hose at all. There is absolutely no quality controls and much of the holes were not filled in.

Spent 15 minutes looking, didn't adjust any of the nozzles instead told me it would cost 350 to replace 8 nozzles and that I also needed another sensor that is now "required".

Went well they showed up a little late but that ended up working in our favor. Because they did they were able to handle all my issues. They replaced several of sprinkler heads as well as adding a rain gauge to the system. I was very satisfied with the server and the team they sent out was outstanding. He was honest and forth coming about the cost up front.
