Description of Work: I bought the deal from Angie's List given the all A reviews. Now I see an F from someone else who bought the deal... They did a decent job at replace some heads and tuning but charged me for that work in addition to what I paid Angie's List. The guy even told me I would have been better off not buying the tuneup through Angie's List. Just as the guy who left an F, I feel taken.

Description of Work: We got back from out of town and saw our grass was dead. Through process of elimination, we discovered our sprinkler head or pipe had broken. Too big of a job for us. Called them on Monday morning, they came that afternoon after twice calling they were running late. Not an issue, I was home all day. They were wearing their uniform, ready to discover the problem. They were able to fix the problem right there and then. They discovered the previous installer of the sprinklers did not use the proper glue and the pipes were angled wrong so the pressure of the water popped the pipes apart and water was just gushing out. They consulted with me what the issue was and I was comfortable with what they had found. It was a difficult fix but doable. They inspected the fixed item and made sure it was working. It is working fine. Will use them again.

Description of Work: UPDATE-okay,they came out a little late on this one too, but very nice, professional and gave me the quote. they will be back to do the work. I will take back the "F" and will give my final response after the work is complete.

Description of Work: They came the first day and gave an estimate but had to order parts. They came back 3 days later to rebuild 2 valves and changed several sprinkler heads. After that work was done two more valves went out. They returned to fix those and did more sprinkler heads for a total of 4 valves and 10 sprinkler heads. They even had to remove a mature hedge that we were able to save and return to its original location. The only down side was they broke the lid to the valve box. However the amount of work they did for the price more than compensated for the lid damage. The price was so reasonable that my husband wouldn't use the $15 coupon.

Description of Work: I have used AquaMax for both my commercial property and my residence. I have extensive problem at my commercial building. I have found the service very good and the price moderate. They installed a new controller in my building, but when we learned my wiring was shot and a controller of a different type was necessary they took the original controller back and gave me a refund. I requested the unit, they did not suggest one, so to take it back was really great service.
