basement waterproofing
+ -1 moreI thought they were very professional, very helpful, they wanted to help us as best as they could and they did a very good job. They quoted us about $6000.
Description of Work: I used Aqua Tek Systems Inc. to do a basement waterproofing consultation and give us a quote.

+ 0 moreThe person that visited my house was friendly and professional (he was late but, it was due to a no fault car accident). Following the initial visit, It took several phone calls and a few weeks to obtain the quote. Although the quote was much more expensive than I anticipated, I had planned to proceed with all or a portion of the work. Unfortunately, I could not get a return phone call to schedule the work. This was frustrating because I thought that I had identified one of the few companies in Dallas that could meet all of my exterior needs. A previous Angie's List review was why I decided to contact them. Ultimately, contacting them was a waste of my time.
Description of Work: I own a 3 story townhouse with a rooftop deck and various exterior materials (EIFS & Brick). I experience occasional leaks from the roof and/or EIFS. I attempted to hire AquaTek to complete various repairs......that they recommended. I received the quote but, gave up on trying to engage them after several attempts and no return phone call/e-mail. They talk a good game but, get the D/F for poor follow through and wasting my time. A previous Angie's List review was why I decided to contact them.

+ 4 moreThe workers showed up on time and performed all the work as described. they did a great job cleaning up. I feel confident ithe work they did. They explained the work and the products they were going to use and why. i will be using this comany the future and will reccomend them to anyone with water leaks, decking oblems, etc.
Description of Work: i was having a problem with Window leaks and stucco. It took me forever to find someone who would deal with a four story townhouse with a multitude of water issues. Aquatek saved the day. i has a window that was leaking severely. I had one company come out they said the problem was fixed. Next rain I had the twonhouse was leaking again.Aquatek came out, they checked all teh windows and assesses the problem. i knew I had problems with not just that window but others. they reccomended a course of action. They caulked all the windows with a high grade caulk that will,not shrink or peel and sealed my rooftop deck where the stcco meets the hardyplank.
