This company is owned and operated by wonderful individuals! I have known and used them for years! I’ve always experienced nothing but kindness from them, and GREAT work! I would and do recommend them to anyone that needs any work for their appliances! I love that they’re family owned and operated, it is something that makes us comfortable while they’re here, because they just give that “home” welcome, or “warming” welcome (if you will) . The office workers are always so kind and just flat out friendly! The field workers are very polite and friendly and always do excellent work! So, needless to say again, I would and do HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone and everyone!

It’s seems rare to be charged for a service repair on the date the service is scheduled, rather than the date the service is performed. In our case, about 10days later. Also the name of he business charging is totally different from the business performing the work. We didn’t make any connection when the service charge came thru our credit card bill, so we disputed the charge. A day or two after the service call, we made the connection. This made for extra steps/time for both parties to straighten out. Also, our Maytag washer & dryer is 29 yo, which the repair co knew. After they diagnosed the issue, they told us they couldn’t get parts for our machines. I could have saved the service call charge and not wasted time if the company had told me prior to showing up that if the machines required parts, they couldn’t get them.

It went well. The technician was prompt, checked the appliance thoroughly, was professional, and kept me up to date on what was going on with the fridge; however, the appliance had died.

The estimate was very thorough and everything went fine with them. There's was not the lowest estimate we received but we would have considered them for the work.

It started well. We had a leaky washer and I called early the next morning after finding this company on Angie's List. The lady answering the phone was very pleasant and professional and stated the service guy would call us around 8:30 to give us a time. Sure enough, he called at 8:30 and said he could be at the house between 2-3pm. Later, he called my wife to say he would arrive at 3pm. He finally showed up at 4:40pm. The service man, named Jeremy, was dressed in jeans and a black t-shirt with no company logo or anything identifying himself. He was rude to my wife when asking questions. I was not home but she texted me stating "he's here and he's pissy." Apparently he was upset with her because the washer was leaking into the tub while he thought it was leaking on the floor; therefore, he didn't have the right parts. He gave us the $457 estimate which we refused and paid him $85 to find out we had a leak. The next day, I called Maytag repair who showed up on time wearing a professional uniform. They promptly fixed our leak for $243.56 --- that's right --- HALF the price plus nice service. Jeremy also called back to say "So, am I coming back out there or not?" Ummm, NO. Never. Terrible experience with Appliance Repair of North Texas. Call Maytag - they fix all brands of appliances.

My dishwasher was leaking. Another repairman told me that it was from a faulty fitting, inside the dishwasher. I got a second opinion from Alisa. Her advice was to purchase a new dishwasher.

Kenmore washing machine would not start in any cycle after tub filled with water. Came out same day I called. They called about 10 minutes after scheduled appointment time to say they were running behind, but were now leaving for my house. John (I think) and Clarence (the owner) arrived in regular passenger type car (not an appliance repair van) and diagnosed the problem in less than two minutes. Replaced the faulty lid switch and the whole visit from beginning to end was less than ten minutes. Still was charged $287, which seemed somewhat excessive for time involved. Other than cost, both men were extremely pleasant, friendly and professional, including advising me on my dishwasher (replace once it needs any type of repair) and the washing machine (repair if you can, Kenmore Series 80 washing machine one of the best ever made, can last 30+ years). Again, other than price, which seemed high for time involved, I would use them again...they really seemed to know their stuff.

Absolutely the best. Efficient and friendly. As expected, a part had to be obtained. It was all taken care of the same day. We are very pleased.

John was great. He was very friendly and polite to me and my children. He did a great job explaining what was wrong and how he would fix it. I would be very happy to refer them to a friend and would call again if we had any issues.

It went very well, as they came exactly when they said they would, did all of the work very efficiently and Cleanly - not leaving a "mess" for me to clean up. Highly professional in every way.

The technicians were supposed to be here between 10 AM and 12 PM and didn't arrive until 1:30 PM. They did call to let me know they were running late. After they arrived they checked my microwave and gave me an idea of what was wrong with it but said they couldn't repair it if it was still under warranty. They spent about 5 - 10 minutes and it cost $85. They were polite and seemed knowledgable. I would ask questions before you schedule an appointment such as can they repair LG products that are still under warranty, how much does a service call cost, etc. I was surprised that I had to spend $85 for technicians to simply tell me they can't help me and have nothing done to repair my microwave.

I have an 8 year old side-by-side refrigerator. It appeared that the refrigerator side was not staying cool. I verified this with a refrigerator thermometer. I contacted Appliance Repair of North Texas in the late afternoon. I was contacted by the service person within the hour and he scheduled an appointment with me for the next morning.He was a few minutes late, but was very professional, checked out the refrigerator, told me what needed to be repaired, and provided me with an estimate for the repair, after verifying the availability of the parts. I was asked to pay a deposit amounting to the price of the parts, that was non-refundable. He made an appointment for the next afternoon, that later had to be postponed to the next day. He was punctual the following day, and did call me about 30 minutes before arriving.It took him about 3 hours to replace the thermostatic control, but he was very professional and cleaned up after his work was completed.The repair came with a 90 day warranty on the parts.I would use the service again.
