My AC heater wasn't working. The first technician didn't fix the problem. I called the company, and they agreed to send us the second technician and waived the expense for the first one. We are happy that they fixed it.

Our technician was respectful and provided a detailed explanation on the problem and the resolution.

I felt he tried to rip me off and gave me an expensive diagnostics that was not needed as another company came in and fixed my concern without me having to pay for the wrong service in the amount of $485.00, when the other guy did the right diagnostics for $80 (sensors needed to be cleaned from corrosion not replace the ignition).

The service technician was very friendly, and seemed interested in helping us keep costs down.

Respectful quick and thorough

Chris was very quick to come to our house. Unfortunately, I do not think he knew our system and said it was our motherboard on a 5-year-old unit which also has an extensive warranty. He called the next day to say the motherboard would be $889. We had thought it was the thermostat that he did not test. So I called out a second company that was familiar with our system, and it wound up being the thermostat. My bill wound up being $389.65 which was the visit and him checking the freon levels of both our units, one of which was a little low.

The company wast about fulfillment services ticket with out suggestion minor repair , just to get they services feed.

Great people, great job, great price. What more can I say?

Helpful and on time unfortunately could not install my smart thermostat

They did a nice job installing the AC and Heater. However, when they were finishing the job, one of the workers stepped through the ceiling in our back bedroom. They told me they could fix it themselves. They came out a week later and put in new sheet rock. they told me that it would take 3-5 trips to make it complete. I have not seen them since this happened back in October. I've tried contacting them and basically got the brush off. the reason I went through the Good Contractors List was to insure that the job would be done correctly and at this point it has not been done correctly. I believe there is a $10,000 job guarantee that the job would be done correctly. Can you please help me to get this resolved? I believe two months is way to long to get this corrected. Help us, to get this resolved! James E Patterson

Technician was difficult to communicate with. When he arrived he checked the Freon levels and once they were discovered to be normal he abruptly left without any other explanation despite the fact that my air-conditioning was not cooling and keeping temperature in the home. I brought up the fact that a large gosh of cold air was coming from the air-conditioning closet wondering if this could indicate a leak he dismissed it and said nothing was wrong. He did not check any other areas of the house or vents
