Our rep., Roger, was professional and pleasant. And then; on Saturday 06/15 at about 1:30 PM ONE man showed up at our house after we were told that someone would be there early that morning. I asked if he was alone and he, Chris said that he was and did not knw where his help was. Chris began to work on our one unit that was broken down, we have two units, one for upstairs one for down stairs, the upstairs was not working. This was a hot, humid day in Rowlett, TX. Chris brought nothing with him to eat or drink. At about 10:00 PM that night, two young men came to help him. Somewhere about around 11:00 PM they said that it was late and they were tired and would resume the next morning, 06/16/19, Fathers Day. I was asked what time should they start, I asked if 11:00 AM was ok with them due to the late hour, they agreed. Chris showed back up at our house at 2:30 PM 0n the 16th again by himself. He worked until about 6:30 PM and said he was finished. Chris said that he was unable to get some of the large portions of our old equipment out of the attic due to its size and would return on Wednesday to cut it up and then remove it. I then asked Chris why our lower AC had not worked during the night as it had been a long hot night for my family with no AC at all. Chris said he did not know why it didnt work, that it should have been working. Somehow the lower unit had been mistakenly unplugged by the workers the day before. On Wednesday the 19th no one showed up to work on the left over parts. I called Chris on Thursday the 20th and he said he would be at my home on the 21st bright and early I got up at 6:30 Am and by 10:35 AM no one had come and/or called. I called Chris, he told me his truck was broken down but he couldnt make a new appointment because he was driving ??!! As of this writing 4:50 PM, 06/21/19 I still havent heard from him. My wife and I provide Gatorade, ice, and sodas for the workers as they were without drinks and treated them as guests in our home. We arranged payment for this complete installation as requested on time. We do not often complain about anyone or anything, far from chronic complainers or trouble makers but we have been treated very poorly by this company and I would NOT recommend their service to anyone. My attic still contains useless equipment and as I am currently disabled due to a serious back issue I am unable to even try to fix what should have been completed by the company we hired. Think carefully before you hire this company.

Very honest and courteous

Set appt. They showed up 2 hrs early so I wasnt there. Left at 12 to get part. Had to call them at 5:30 pm. Forgot about me. Told them I had plans to fix it, I would call later to pay. They keep calling at my plans til I finally just left. Got service plan, dont know if I want them back but paid for annual service for year before all happened.

Roger was friendly and professional. But our issue was more complicated and required an electrician.

It would be best to have the repair service come out and inspect the work required and advise the cost of repairs so there isn't any unexpected cost at the time of the repairs.

Roger was awesome. Very professional. Called when he was on his way and took care of what was needed to fix the AC issues. Reasonably priced..

They came out on a Saturday, and they assessed our AC professionally.

I scheduled for 3pm because I was not available until then, but company changed my appt to 1pm without notifying me and I called/texted many times the day before to confirm my Appt time.

They completed the project one day and were courteous and communicated throughout the project. They were great to work with.

Our a/c started leaking water into the house. We couldn’t run the a/c. It was after hours when I contacted appliance and air care. I made an appointment for 7 am the next day bc I was driving home to Dallas from Killeen. After I spoke to the owner, the technicians (Chris and Honey) called me and said they were in my neighborhood and asked if they could come by on their way home to check it out because the videos I had sent looked bad. They ended up coming over after I got home. They figured out the problem, told me what it was, and fixed it. They also told me about proper a/c maintenance. They were fantastic. We are satisfied and will be calling them if we have issues with the a/c in the future.
