Description of Work: I had selected materials for kitchen remodel and wanted a Designer to review my selections. Andrea advised me that the quartz countertop I had selected conflicted with my existing flooring. She helped me choose an alternate product. She also made a design plan for me of suggestions of other changes that I can make little by little to update my home. I was happy with her service. She also gave me her personal phone number and suggested I call if her if I need any further assistance (at no further cost!)

This consultation was over eight months ago so I do not remember the details and this member did not write any comments for me to respond to. Before I leave a consultation I always summarize the meeting to be sure I have addressed all of their concerns. I do not recall any issues with this member --if there was I would have certainly addressed them.

This consultation was a big deal for up to two hours of time. My consultations are never rushed or "quick". I never leave a consultation unless I am sure that all of the clients issues have been addressed. In addition I also invite the client to feel free to call me on my cell phone if any other questions come up after the consultation at no extra charge .

I do not understand why this client felt rushed. My times are approximate purposely so that I can take my time with each client. I always call or text when I am on my way. As you can see from my other reviews my consultations are very thorough and I always ask the client before I leave if we covered everything they need. I also specifically say that I am not in a rush so that I can address all of their issues. In addition I also offer my expertise after the consultation if they have any further questions.

Description of Work: We purchased a one-time consulting hour from Andrea to see if we'd like to use her services for home redecorating. We appreciated that she offered a no-commitment trial. She came to our home on time, was friendly and straightforward regarding our decorating goals, did spend more than the designated hour and gave advice in most every room. Didn't really like her decorating recommendations so we decided she just wasn't the right fit for us.

I do not understand the low grades when the review was very positive except for the last line. I always give the clients the opportunity to let me know at the time if my suggestions are not working for them. I am very focused on personalizing the space for the client. I had no idea my ideas were not what they were looking for. If I did I would have explored other ideas with them on the spot.
