+ -1 moreThey are terrible; absolutely horrible. They broke a drape; it’s ridiculous. They broke about $500 worth of stuff. So far, I have been unable to get to recover any damages. In terms of price, it would have been cheap if they did not break anything. I would absolutely not use this company in the future.
Description of Work: I used the services of AMPM Moving & Storage. It is a moving company so they moved my house from Texas to California.

Description of Work: I spoke with Kyle on the phone who explained in detail the services his company could provide after submitting an e-mail request. I thought they seemed good, and offered to get my stuff from Dallas to New Orleans in 48 hrs, which seemed very reasonable. Kyle set up the time to do an in-home estimate which was supposed to be from 2-3pm yesterday. He confirmed the time and address by e-mail, and had told me on the phone I did not need to reply to the e-mail. No one ever showed up. Needless to say, if they cant even show up on time for the estimate, or at least call and re-schedule or even send an e-mail, I will never trust them with my belongings.
