They re-did everything on the outside of my house. I had bought some posts for the outdoors, and they painted them for me, as well as my front door. Everything went great. They are the best company I have ever used. I did not put any money down, and they did not expect any payment until I was happy with the job.

Very well, the sales call was on time and explained everything, price comperable with other estimates. Windows arrived on schedule and installers were punctual and completed job, cleanup as scheduled.

The sales people were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about their product. They were prompt when doing their sales calls and when it came time to have the actual work done. The job the crew did went as I had expected for the most part, and the siding looks great (even had some neighbors comment on it). However, there were a few issues at the time which were dismissed at the time for being minor, but they have since turned into problems. I've called twice and spoke with the office person, but have not received calls back. Issues include: - There was a cable TV wire on the outside of the house. When they were beginning the work, they said they'd just run this under the siding. During the final inspection, I noticed it was just laying on the ground on the outside of the house. The rep said "You can just tack that up underneath." They obviously forgot about it while doing the siding, but they made no effort to fix it. - The larger issue I have relates to the doors I had installed. The doors were pre-hung doors which I purchased at Home Depot, but Amazing Siding said they could install them for something like $200 a piece. When doing the final inspection, they didn't appear that they were hung in the frame correctly, but that was just dismissed as a minor thing too. They said I could just make some adjustments to the molding and it wouldn't be a big deal. A few months later I was getting some quotes to get some other work done on the interior of the house and had the contractors also quote the molding. They inspected the work and pointed out how the doors weren't hung at all properly. Two of them were torqued in the frame so that they don't seal properly. One isn't hung level from top to bottom, and another wasn't seated properly in the frame. It only took Amazing Siding about 5 mins to hang the doors, but now I either have to spend more money to get two of them rehung (and probably have to get the siding fixed around the doors), or spend extra money to have someone attempt to do the molding to hide the screwed up doors. - There're a sink cleanout which was on the back side of the house. I didn't notice during the final inspection, but the pipe for the cleanout really needed to be extended so that it was at least flush with the outside of the house. Instead, they just cut a big hole in the siding where the cleanout line is, but it's not sealed at all. Water, bugs, and whatever else has open access. While I would probably recommend Amazing Siding for replacing the siding of the house, I would NOT have them do doors. I'm also disappointed in how the issues were dismissed as minor, and that they will not return calls.

Based on Angie's Listing having Amazing Siding as a top rated company, I called their office (8:30AM on 9/8/11) to have an estimator come and quote the repair and/or replacement of aging siding on my house. The representative (receptionist) whom answered the phone asked for detail of the project that I wanted them to quote. I explained the nature of the work that I wanted quoted and the representative (receptionist) on the phone immediately told me that the work work didn't sound like a big project and wouldn't meet the minimum dollar amount that they look for. The representative (receptionist) then took down my contact information including my address and phone number and stated that an estimator would be contacting me. Well, it has now been an "Amazing" week that has passed and I still have not heard back from Amazing Siding. What was truly 'Amazing' about this company is how the receptionist could surmise the amount my work would be and then tell me that it probably didn't meet their minimum. I received quote from another company and they quoted the job over $5,000 dollars. I didn't have an opportunity to use this company but based on my experience with just trying to get an estimate I will not consider them in the future.

Two sales person came by and delivered a very long presentation which are very heavy on sales side. They did the initial measurement and show me the price on the computer and asked the usual car salesman tactics - what can I do to earn your business today... I have to evaluate several options and asked them to leave business card and email me the quote again; they called and I asked them to give me the quote again, but never received anything. I didn't know buying a window and service is so much hassle, perhaps they are the only sole provider of Marvin in my area and only interested in pursuing possible sales. This is just not very professional. I could have use them but this just push me away.

When looking to replace 35 windows in our home I was looking for some idea of quality and costs. Amazing Siding was nice over the phone providing some good information. After getting my name, address, phone, wife's name...they refused to come out to our house for measurements unless I promised my wife would be there to review all the options of their windows. When I said that was not necessary since we already knew what we wanted they said ok and hung up. In our investigation on spending $20-$30K on replacement windows we found we did not trust the few companies demanding both of us to take time off work to meet with them.

The team from Amazing Siding did an outstanding job. The team that came to my home to estimate the project listened carefully to my needs and provided a detailed explanation of how they would resolve the problem. They provided ideas and explanations that demonstrated they could deliver a higher quality result than other contractors I had spoken with. They helped identify the root cause of the water damage and designed a solution to address this issue. To my pleasant surprise, even with improvements in materials and design, the estimate was lower than others I had received. A few weeks later when the team came to do the project, everything went perfect. They worked fast, kept me informed, and all work was performed as expected. The team made sure all the small details were done right. I was very pleased with the quality of workmanship and the professionalism of the team completing the work. The team made sure I was happy with the result and addresses any concerns I had before they left. The end result made a very ugly section of my home beautiful. I am also confident that the root cause of the problem has been addressed and that the quality of materials and workmanship means I will not have a problem in the future.

I spent $16000 on that service and it went well. I thought that they did good quality installation. Their professionalism and clean up was excellent.

they were quick professional and worked really hard. Stay around because they may notice you need more insulation, new plugs. whatever, and they will fix it. also, you need to negotiate with the sales staff exactly what you want and then make sure the team knows that it was part of the contract. They made our house look like new and I highly reccomend them and the pre painted hardiplank.

Overall, very well. Jeremy (our salesman) was responsive and Roman (the construction lead) was quite receptive and professional. The siding looks beatiful and we're pleased with how it turned out. We have a few minor issues to follow-up on but we've been dragging our heels - not an issue of Amazing Siding not responding. We're happy we discovered Amazing through Angie's and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

They sounded very professional. They were willing to go an extra mile to offer the best of their services. I had a very pleasant experience with them and will use their services in future.

They were very professional and very good. Their customer service was very good. All the people who came and replace the windows were very nice and very efficient. I knew exactly what I wanted and that's why I went to their showroom. Their price was very good. Their quality of service was excellent. I have already used them again.

This was one of the best experiences that I have ever had with a company. Every person I dealt with, the receptionist, appraiser, contractor, and installers were pleasant, polite, professional. Each person involved arrived on time and was well prepared for his job assignment. I was amazed at how quickly the job was done. The installers arrived at 9:00, removed and installed 18 windows, replaced and painted old wood trim, and cleaned up the little mess that they made by 4:00. When I got the estimate for the windows, I, also, got an estimate for hardi-plank siding as well. I plan to install the siding next year. One reason that I used this company is because they have financing 12 months the same as cash.

Juan Chicas was in charge of the job. He along with Jose and Peggy did a wonderful job! They arrived around 8:15 each morning and worked till around 4 or 4:30. Everyday they worked the temperature was above 100 degrees! I don't know how they did it. The work was absolutely perfect. I met with Juan almost everyday to discuss the job. He was always courteous. Often he would make suggestions that would improve the project. This man knows his craft and is great at problem solving. I was very impressed with their work. In addition to the great work, Amazing Siding has a lifetime warranty.

We spent considerable time researching who to go with to replace the old vinyl siding on our house with Hardie siding. Ultimately it came down to Amazing Siding and another local installer endorsed by the JamesHardie corporation. Both salesmen did a great job promoting their company's work, but Amazing Siding won the deal for two reasons 1. They offered a competitive price 2. Their construction materials and installation procedure sounded more consistent with the best practices outlined on the James Hardie website. I can't say enough about Amazing Siding's installer Roman Valles and his team. They were very friendly, worked quickly, and did a superb job. Roman is an expert and can be trusted to take care working on your house. I especially appreciated that he never minded taking the time to answer my questions, and he even came up with a better idea for the trim work on the front of the house than I had originally planned. Another gentleman I have to mention is Tom for the window replacement. The new casement window he installed looks great and functions flawlessly. I have had a great experience working with all of them -- Jeremy Williams (sales), April, Roman, and Tom -- and definitely recommend Amazing Siding because of their quality and professionalism.

They were terrific. They were prompt, clean, courteous and they did exactly what they told us they would do.

The installer was on time each day. He was courteous, hard working, cleaned up daily and took care not to damage shrubbery as he performed work. John was good about answer my questions when I stopped him to ask about something. I am very pleased with the work done on my home, the product and warranty.

THE CREW CONSISTED OF TWO EMPLOYEES -JUAN & PATRICIA. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND RELIABLE. THEY SHOWED UP FOR WORK ABOUT 8:30 A.M. AND WORKED UNTIL 5 WITH ONLY A SHORT BREAK FOR LUNCH. THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN 3 1/2 DAYS. THEIR SUPERVISOR, STEVE, CAME AND CHECKED ON EVERYTHING; HE ALSO CAME BACK FOR A FINAL WALK THROUGH. WE COULD HAVE DONE THE FINAL WALK THROUGH WITH JUAN BUT WE HAD SOME PROBLEMS COMMUNICATING WITH HIM. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL, BUT HIS ENGLISH IS LIMITED. WE WERE TOLD THAT HE HAS ONLY BEEN IN THIS COUNTRY ABOUT 6 MONTHS AND IS LEARNING RAPIDLY. WE HAD NO COMPLAINTS. WE ARE GLAD WE HAD THE JOB DONE.
