Sue Ann came out and spent a good bit of time giving me an estimate for a make ready job on my rental property. Having never used a cleaning service before, I was impressed that she really took her time explaining the service and putting me at ease. When the day arrived, she and Maria arrived promptly and after a quick walk through I left and the work started. I came back a short time later and the place was ?move-in ready?! I am very pleased with the whole experience from beginning to end and highly recommend All Together Clean.

They gave me an estimate and told me everything to expect. They also asked if I wanted any extra services done such as cleaning the fridge, oven, bed linens, laundry, etc. The price was extremely fair and our cleaner was phenomenal (the same person did the cleaning each time which was really nice).

They are my cleaners. They do the work every other week and they charge per visit. I like them for the good price and good communication. They are flexible with scheduling. It's been good overall. I don't really have any issues.

We spend about $85 every other week and our experience with them has been great.

Melissa is always punctual and finishes the job in a timely manner. The office is always easy to reach by email to add services or make schedule changes, and the email reminders the week before are very helpful. We are so thrilled to have found Altogetther Clean on Angie's List.

They arrive on time and work hard the entire time. Cleaning is good and generally nothing is missed. Price is reasonable for a 1800 sq. ft. house. Company owners are very responsive, customer service oriented and we love our cleaning lady.

The job went fine. Nothing that they did really impressed me. A positive with this company was that they were very responsive and punctual.

As I said, their professionalism and attention to individual needs has sold me. I've used Altogether Clean for four years now.

I am fairly happy with the work they do. They are very good in dusting. They vacuum clean everything. They do a very good job in cleaning the bathrooms. The bathrooms are always perfect, and I never have any complaints. I feel the floor is done very quickly sometimes. There are very few complaints. Apart from that I am happy with them. They are very reliable, and there has not been single time when they did not turn up.

I have always been very happy with them. They are prompt, professional, and courteous. I will continue to use them.

We normally use them once a month. We had a plumbing leak which required us to redo a lot of the remodel that we had done earlier. It involved a lot of work. The walls and the flooring had to be ripped off. Another company came in and redid the remodeling work. Then we had All Together Clean come in to completely clean the house and to remove the dust which had settled everywhere because of the remodeling work. They did a fabulous job.

They were great to work with. I called on a Monday or Tuesday and they came out that Friday. I had to be at work, but I left the key for them and they handled it without me there and put the key back when they were finished.

I was very satisfied. First of all, Sue Ann came in to give me an estimate. She then worked with me and my schedule. . .my children were coming to visit and I wanted a clean house. Claudia came right on time, with Sue Ann, and started cleaning right away. Sue Ann checked in 3 times during the day. . .very nice. . .to be sure she was doing what I needed done. Claudia was here for about 7 1/2 hours! The house looked spectacular when she left. I also have dogs and Sue Ann made sure that she brought someone in who wasn't afraid. I love this company and I'm so happy I discovered them on Angie's List. I'm going to use them regularly. I had a very positive experience.

I think the price is good and I love that we are set up on an automatic draft from the bank. The house is clean, not spotless, but clean. They are very dependable and send reminder emails the day before our cleaning day. If we have special requests, we can always send an email and they'll take care of it. Very pleased with the service overall.

They were very professional. They were punctual and charged me exactly what was quoted. The woman who did our cleaning was incredibly thorough. Our blinds have never been so clean. She even cleaned the switchplates and took the knobs off the stovetop. I have hired them to come back every other week to maintain our house. I am extremely pleased with the final product.

Awesome! We have used two other cleaning services and they started out well but then fizzled. Graciela has been our housekeeper for almost a year and she is spectacular. She dusts, cleans floors, empties trash, changes bed sheets, sweeps our porch. She is awesome. If I need something extra done I speak with Sue Ann and Graciela takes care of it. The price is a little higher than our previous cleaners but the lack of hassle and consistent service is so worth it.

Great! Dora has been doing our place for a few months, now. My partner and I are pretty particular and Sue Ann and Dora have been very attentive to how we like it done (dusting, for example - baseboards, tops of picture frames, bases of lamps). The house looks great when Dora finishes. She is, by far, the most consistent housecleaner we've had. I especially appreciate her willingness to take feedback and make sure we're happy when it's finished. Yes, you'll pay more than a one-person housecleaner. But, Altogether Clean is licensed, insured and all that good stuff. The adage does apply here - you get what you pay for.

It went really well. After I called the service initially, the owner of the company promptly came out to give us an estimate. She asked a lot of questions about the jobs that we would like to have done and explained their prices. We paid $90.00 plus tax for the 1st day & we'll pay $60.00 plus tax per day for subsequent visits. Two days later the cleaner was at our apt. She was accompanied by the owner who showed her around the apt. & explained what we would like for her to do. We were very pleased with the result. It only took her about 2 hours and our apt. Looked beautiful!

The crew does a fairly good job. They bring their own equipment, including cleaners, vacuums, etc. This is good to remember because you do not have to purchase these items yourself. Bathrooms were not quite as clean as I would have liked, but it was certainly better than doing it myself. As with most housecleaners, I left my key with them, and the cleaners let themselves in while I was at work. I also have a security system, and a few times the alarm did go off because the cleaner forgot the code. My pets were always fine when I got home, and all doors were locked and alarms were on, as instructed. The only two items that I can think of are the bathrooms and dusting, both of which I sometimes felt were left only half done. I could tell they had done the major areas but not the details. If you do decide to have the housecleaner use your own supplies, I would talk with the owners and see if you could get a discount.

My experience of Altogether Clean is OK, the cleaner assigned us cleans as requested but she/they are not as good as my previous cleaners. I had made several small requests (such as new vacuum bags) and that has not lasted. I am not home when they clean and the cleaner is a Spanish speaker, so it is hard to communicate. Several times she has not showed up according to the person who is home at the time she is supposed to have. I complained once and the management was accommodating. No raves, no disasters.

I've been using this service for a few weeks now and I'm very satisfied with the job they do. They come every other week and I look forward to that day every time! With two big dogs and a busy schedule, I have battled the dog hair for too long. Having this service really helps me stay on top of things around the house.

They are pretty good. I would highly recommend them.

I had been using Dallas Maids for about a year and had become extremely dissatisfied with their performance. I looked on Angie's and found Altogether Clean. Wow! I'm so glad that I did. Sue Ann and Cata are extremely nice, professional and amazing. I never knew that a service could be this good. Yancis is the sweetest lady and I am looking forward to seeing her every other week. I am so impressed by them that I am going to recommend to all of my friends immediately. No more Dallas Maids for me! My house is spotless and very clean. Yancis was very sweet to my dog and I can see that this will definitely be a lasting relationship with Altogether Clean.

Owners came and inspected the house, gave us a price for the work to be done, and scheduled the work day. Owners came back to introduce the workers, and again to inspect the work that was done that day. Two workers cleaned the entire house (2,000 sq. ft): 2 bathrooms, tubs and toilets, vacuuming, moping, dusting, straightening. Put fresh linens on the beds. They work efficiently, quietly, and well. They are very professional and unobtrusive (we were home during both visits). They were not intimidated by our two dogs. The workers were friendly, courteous, and diligent. The owners are very professional and thorough in checking up on workers. They remind us before each visit. We have arranged for $10 extra work (defrosting & cleaning a freezer) for next time. They come every 2 weeks. Highly recommend.

Noemi does a very good job. This is the first time in 15 years I've hired someone to clean my house and I am very pleased. I get a friendly reminder email the day before, and can address any specifics either via email or telephone. Nice touches - they clean the windows on the front and back door, which is nice since mine are usually filled with dog nose-prints. My battle with dog hair is temporarily won - and I'm impressed that she is able to vacuum around a dog that likes to "herd" the vacuum cleaner! When I come home on cleaning day, the house smells clean without smelling bleachy.
