Description of Work: It's always the same maid that comes and she does a great job. She is always prompt and the company communicates well. They send an email reminder the day before your cleaning, which I really appreciate. They are really good at letting you know if your regular maid can't come and if you want a sub.

I loved that Jeff came to my home to meet me, look at the house, and discuss what services I wanted before quoting a price. The cost is reasonable and the service is fabulous. I am very picky about the cleanliness of my house and Altogether Clean does not disappoint.
Description of Work: Initial cleaning of 3100 square foot home. Regular bi-weekly cleaning thereafter.

If I don't like something or need to ask a question or ask them to change something, I just drop Jeff an email. He personally visits the house to make sure everything is working out. He is very professional.

+ -1 moreI have been neglectful of getting a new cleaning company since I had some bad experiences, but finding Altogether Clean was a dream. Jeff came out originally to give me a price after a walk thru which he e-mail to me the same day. Naomi spent a total of 5 hours here, working the entire time. She had no problems with the dogs or birds and was very interested if anything could be a problem with them. I was here the entire time, and there was never a problem in my being in the way. We have a bi monthly commitment and I am looking forward to having such a altogether clean house every time.
Description of Work: Two bathrooms were mopped, bathtub and shower cleaned, 2 bedrooms, beds linens changed and offered to wash, hardwood throughout were vac., swept again, and then cleaned, the kitchen appliances, as well as, the cabinets were washed as dog nose marks were removed (;)-) The main rooms were completed as above with the addition of all wood being washed. This was the in ital, but is the best I have had. The price will go down after today since the major up keep has been done. Jeff came by 2 times to check up on his employees.

+ -1 moreI have been very pleased with the service from Altogether Clean. The price is very reasonable and the service outstanding. Their motto "Relax..we'll clean your house. It will be your favorite day!" is right on the mark.
Description of Work: I have used Altogether Clean every other week, for six months and this service is the best housecleaning service I have ever used. The house is immaculate and smells great when I get home. The bathrooms and kitchen are so shiny and clean I hate to use them after Rosario has been here! In addition to a thorough cleaning, this service will wash the dirty sheets and towels and fold them for you. I appreciate the reminder email the day before.
