 + -1 moreThe foundation fell apart within a month. It had obviously not been fixed. We called them to come out and make adjustments, but they made it worse each time. They made many cracks in the house, and because of this, eventually stopped answering our phone calls. We eventually took them to court, and would send children to the door to avoid accepting a summons. He never showed up to our court dates.
Description of Work: They were supposed to repair the foundation.

 + -1 moreThey showed up for work on a timely basis & performed repairs in short order. We had no problem with their work habits, it is the quality of work & lack of response that we have problems with.
Description of Work: Installed 50 piers under house; installed approx. 160' of stringer; removed approx. 65' of rotted sill plate; lift & shim to raise back as close as possible to a bench position. Work was guaranteed with a four year limited lifetime warranty & therein lies the problem. The back room on the house has evidentlly shifted, leaving major cracks on the walls & @ floor level, the floor tile has popped loose because of the shifting, the paneling has warped. ALLIANCE FOUNDATION REPAIR REFUSES TO ANSWER LETTERS, PHONE CALLS, ETC. THEY ISSUED A WARRANTY THAT THEY OBVIOUSLY HAVE NO INTENTION OF FULFILLING.
