Very well. Arrived on time. Performed work. Left areas clean.

Went very well. They filled up the scheduled hours, and knew their profession very well.

They were very polite. They were early for the appointment. They quickly took care of the issue.

Painters did an excellent job. They set up scaffolding right away and got to work. They cleaned up after themselves and left no mess at all.

Not satisfactory. I would like to use the deal, but now I don't think I can trust them.

The company's phone number was disconnected so I could not get any service. Your customer service department refunded my money.

They were good, I would use them again!

They sent me an email two or three weeks after I purchased the Big Deal. It said in the email that they would contact me and that I was in line behind other people who had purchased the Deal. After a few more weeks, I ended up cancelling the deal. Apparently they were busy, and I needed the service sooner, so I cancelled the service.

On the scheduled date for the work to be performed I had a family emergency. I tried to call Tracy Elmore but got no answer. Only a message to send him a text or an email. I left several message and sent emails, but got no response until someone arrived to do the work. They left a message on my home phone, which I was not there to answer. I tried calling that number back when I got home but no one answered it either. I have tried several times to get in touch with them about rescheduling the work. Never received a response until I had made several inquiries. I was then told that he could not get to me until March. I sent a reply that March was OK. When March came I still did not receive any messages about the rescheduling. I tried calling him. His work number has been disconnected and he did not answer his cell number. I sent him another request via email and got a email back that he no longer was doing electrical work.

The guys showed up when they sad they would and worked efficiently until the jobs were finished.

It took awhile to get ahold of them to get the work. Once they did come out, their estimate was 7 times more than what the Big Deal offered. I contacted Angie's List for a refund.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List for $125 for 2-hours of electrical work, but I paid $40 more for the extra outlet. The work was fine and I didn't have any complaints whatsoever. They came and did what I needed them to do. I don't remember there being anything annoying at all. I felt the price was a lot for the outlet.

All Trade Pros was very professional! They were on time and worked quickly! I would highly recommend!

Don't bother using any company coupons with them. They'll say they don't accept them anymore, and charge you an outrageous amount for service.

The worst part was they would not honor the Angie's List coupon. It was a classic bait and switch operation. After I explained the work to be done, the rep said the coupon could only be used for repair services, not new installation. It does not say that anywhere in either the ad or the coupon. They did say they would credit me for the $99 I spent for the coupon. They charged about double what I thought the cost would be using the coupon, but I had $99 invested that I did not want to loss. They scheduled and did the work fairly quickly after I gave them the go ahead. The electrician who actually did the work (Michael) did a great job. The wiring works just fine, but the trench they dug across my back yard was not filled very well.

I really liked the fact that they work really fast and so you have to make sure you have enough stuff lined up for them to do. However I didn't appreciate the fact that only one of them spoke English which created some communication problems.

The worked was cooperative and did a good job of moving the electrical outlet and snaking the cable in the media room. On that front I was satisfied that I got decent value for what I paid. However, the main reason I contacted them was for a quote on installing an outlet for a new kitched fixture over the island and to install a cieling fan on the patio. In both cases the prices quoted were extremely high and I found someone else to do the work for 1/3 of the cost of their quote.

They got the work done pretty quickly and it seemed like there were lots of people working on it. Did I get a good deal? I don't know. I'm not experienced enough with this sort of home repair to know how much such services should cost. The repairs look pretty good and I'm glad we did it; but I have to say I was surprised at the high cost (over $1,000). Then, as they were leaving, they asked for even more money to "dispose of the debris." Shouldn't that have been included in the initial cost estimate? One last note: I had hoped to find out more about the particular brick on our house--it seems to be quite soft and porous. But when I tried to ask the person directing the repair, he was not helpful at all. I know it's made of clay but what are the qualities of this type of clay? What should I be careful about? Can this soft brick be cleaned with a high-powered sprayer or even a strong hose? Is it more likely than harder bricks to develop settling cracks over time? Perhaps I was wrong to expect an education as well as masonry repair. Overall, I would have to say that I would use them again because the workers definitely knew their craft.

They had 3 guys come out for 2 hours each- 6 hours total. ne guy was mixing cement while the other 2 sat around waiting for it to mix. This cost me about 45 minutes of work they could have done. The work done was fine but I was not happy about how my 6 hours were used.

They gave me an estimate on the work I needed done and tried to upsell me on additional work I did not need. When I declined, they sent me a text message saying the job was not worth their time and to contact Angie's List for a refund. Very disappointed.

This deal went well. No issues with the work done.
