Description of Work: An electric panel inspection, replaced a light on the outside of the garage, removed a ceiling fan on the porch and replaced it with a light, explained all our switches in and outside the house so we would know what they turned on and off, and put in a new switch to replace a pull-string on a light in a closet.

Description of Work: I paid for two hours of electrical work as an Angies' Special. After not hearing back from them despite multiple phone calls, when I finally did get a call back, they could not schedule to do the work in any manner of a timely fashion. I have asked for a refund but so far have not received one. F to Angies' List also for not answering my inquiries about this.

Description of Work: Replaced broken bricks on our home. Did an excellent job, described the work that needed to be done and made suggestions for further work. Very friendly and professional. Will certainly use them again if needed.

Description of Work: In the two-man-hour period, they installed a new porch light, inspected a plug inside the house that had problems, and fixed a non-working outside plug that had never worked before. Very professional, also provided quote on additional work which I will be having them do. Strongly recommend them.

Description of Work: The company was very slow acknowledging receipt of my $249.00 payment. I had to email them (email remained unanswered) and call them before I could speak with someone. That was after 14 days..When I informed the receptionist of why I was calling, she answered: '"we're very busy!" Not very professional. The workers were very good and courteous, but when they asked for an additional $75 for additional material used from their truck, I asked why. They showed me the very small prints stating the possible additional cost, which was buried in the contract and/or receipt. What material? They only used part of a bag of cement. I am NOT pleased with the company management. The workers were great.

Description of Work: Fixed outlets where ground wasn't connected. Installed new outlets, including cutting holes in the wall and running wire from the circuit breakers in the garage.

Description of Work: Two young men came to do the work, so instead of one man for two hours, I got only one hour. The second man really did no work. He seemed to be telling the other man what to do. I asked them to move the light fixture over the kitchen table to center it over the table. They missed the correct spot by about 5 inches and when I asked for the piece of sheetrock that they had cut from the ceiling so I could match the paint to patch the original hole, he said he couldn't because he had thrown it up into the space above the ceiling. He was unwilling to take the plate off and see if he could reach it. He put a metal plate over the original hole and charged me an additional $10 and left before the hour was over. Both men were friendly and very polite, but did not do a very good job. I feel I paid too much for the job I got. I think an experienced workman would have centered the fixture properly and saved the piece of sheetrock for paint match.

Description of Work: Bought a coupon for 2 man-hours electrical work from All Trade Pros. Had to wait about 10 days since response to the promotion was so good. But once scheduled, electricians arrived right on time, installed new GFI outlet, changed out six switches and plates, re-seated several outlets and checked panel for safety. Workers were very personable and professional. The work exceeded 2 man hours, but they gave me an estimate before the time expired to make sure I was okay with continuing. They worked quickly and efficiently to complete the task within the extended period. I'd call them again with no hesitation.

Description of Work: They diagnosed a problem and then replaced two GFCI's so that now all the outdoor outlets and the bathroom outlets work, and they fixed a wiring problem in a ceiling fan, which previously blew out lightbulbs whenever it was turned on. They were very friendly and professional and fast.

Description of Work: The ad was not clear and so when the contractor came out to do walk through for exterior painting of my house the price nearly doubled. I asked about the ad price and they started adding on repair costs, additional area costs. Not worth the hassle and uncertainty of end costs. Also, the man who came out (said he was the owner?) was very arrogant and condescending towards my husband and me when I called him back. NO THANK YOU, not what I am use to getting from Angie's List.

Description of Work: Paid for 2 hours of electrical service which was supposed to include a free electrical panel tune up. They fixed the electrical issue within 30 minutes and then said "Thank You" and left. No electrical panel tune up was ever offered or performed.

Description of Work: replaced the electric panel thought to be dangerous. Master electrician was efficient and courteous, as was his assistant. They double-checked the outlets in the house when they finished. My only disappointment was that Angie's list price was much cheaper than the final price. Angie should be cautious in their pricing - job could not have been done w/o the add-ons

Description of Work: Preped and painted exterior siding, soffits and trim. Replaced rotten fascia and soffit in a few areas. Removed and installed a pair of exteriors doors provided by owner. Paint job worked out great, but owner reworked and repainted doors himself.

Description of Work: I had to contact All Trade Pros directly to verify that the things I wanted done were included in the $125. I'm delighted to report to you that not only did I get an actual MASTER ELECTRICIAN but he checked all of the things on my list and I was pronounced SAFE. My house was built in 1942. There are any number of things that can bring on an electrical fire if one isn't safe. I'd gladly pay these guys again for their excellent work. Thank you all.

Description of Work: This was a total rip off I contacted Angie and got my money back. Never came out and looked at the job. Sent two men out to do a one man job and charged me 2 hours labor just to show up. Then they did not have the matiral they needed to do the job. They were going to go and pick up and charge me two more hours.

Description of Work: All Trade Pro's has a Groupon to discount "tick point" and brick repair. They didn't want to talk about the Groupon saying, " we'll give you a good deal anyway". They agreed to a time for an estimate and said they would meet me at my house between 3:30 and 5:pm the next day. They did not show, and didn't call to reschedule. Needless to say, I won't be using All Trade Pro's.

Description of Work: I had to pay an extra $125 for insurance for the company on top of the $299. That was a cost that was not explained as part of the deal. That was disappointing. The work side of it was great.

Description of Work: The two guys hung 3 pairs of curtains, replaced a light fixture on stairway, hung several sets of shelves, moved the washer and dryer. They did everything that I had the perts for.

Description of Work: The two painters who came to our house to stain our large outdoor pergola did a fabulous job ! They worked non-stop on a very hot day. They were very careful to cover our swimming pool and surrounding areas with plastic so that the stain would not get onto other areas. I highly recommend these painters. We would use them again.

Description of Work: Repoint mortar seams in stone and brick work, including a wing wall and a poolside planter box. Repair expansion seams in pool decking.
