Description of Work: they did not answer my calls and finally answered my email and said they were booked solid and wounldn't be able to get to me until sometime in march... I had family coming from out of town and wanted all work done before they came...

Description of Work: No one answered their phone the first 3 times. "Service disconnected" was announced upon the next calls. Never talked to anyone or had any service.

Contacted them in the new year and was told that they were booked until the end of March and to request a refund.

Description of Work: I rang the contractor to set up a date for service and he told me they were no longer honoring the Angie's List coupon as Angie's List had sold over 300 and it was too many. He said I should contact Angie's List for a refund. He was not very polite, in fact he was downright rude.

He emailed me back after a few days asking me when would be a good day to come by and look at the project. I replied back immediately and never heard back from him. I emailed him again and after a few attempts he contacted me back with the same thing... tell me a good day next week to come by. Again I immediately replied back and never heard back. After more attempts he finally replied back again with the following message "Request a refund from Angie's list we are booked till end of April" "Sorry Angie's list send out a coupon I did not approve sold way too many more than we can handle our apologies be glad to give you the service at the price listed but you'll need to book direct thru our company. Again our apologies customer service is a top priority we just cannot handle the Angie's list promotion Please read reviews on services performed in your opinion of our company. Description of Work: I contacted All Trade Pros twice to redeem the coupon I purchased for 2 man hours electrical service. The first time was a week before Christmas and I received a quick response saying that they were very busy and would contact me when their schedule lighten up. Understood, I never heard back from them, so I contacted them again towards the end of February. I again received a quick response and was told to ask Angie's list for a refund because they were to busy to accomidate my request to redeem the coupon.

Description of Work: several phone calls off and on were made after purchasing...said they were very busy, booked up and finally in December said that they were still too busy, but would honor after the first of the year....however...I started reading recent reviews and all were negative...no thanks, don't need to invite trouble.

Description of Work: I called All Pro three times and emailed twice. Got an email response requesting patience. Finally got him to answer the phone. He said he lost his electrician and to request a refund.

Description of Work: Right after I bought the "Big Deal", I received an email from All Trade Pros that they were booked up for the next few weeks but would contact me when they were able to schedule an appointment. Since I was working on a bathroom remodel and wanted them to come when I was at the point of needing the light fixture moved, I was ok with waiting. I never heard back from them, but contacted them via email when I was ready. First I received an automated reply that they would schedule Angie's List appointments on a first come, first served basis. 2 days later I received a short email stating that they were not honoring the deal and needed to request a refund. I was not happy about it and let them know that I felt it was bad business to not perform the work that had been paid for. I received another short email stating they no longer had an electrician in their company and sorry for the problem. End of story. I contacted Angie's list via the "contact us" option on the website and received information within 24 hours concerning a refund.

Description of Work: provider was not very timely in responding to the service that was pre-paid from Angies List. E-mailed Angies List after 2 weeks of no response and Angies List apologized for this. Still no response after a few days. I called the the company and asked if they will come out to provide the electrical service . Their receptionist booked a time but made no apology for the lack of response. The 2 servicemen checked my powerboard and said it was fine and proceeded to follow up on my concerns regarding faulty GFI outlets in my house. They stated that the existing GFI outlets were cheap and needed to be replaced. They did not have the GFI upgrades with them and they would have to come back again to perform the work . At that point the one hour of service that I had paid for was over. I was willing to pay for the additional service and parts necessary to complete the work that day them . They should have had the supplies on the truck with

Description of Work: All Trade Pros didn't do any work for us after all and they canceled their coupon without even telling us. We have to ask refund from Angie's list directly and still waiting for reply.

Description of Work: I had this deal since December 6th. They told me it would be after Christmas, which was fine. However, January came and I still did not hear anything. I even set up an appointment and no one showed. On February 26th my patience ran out and I contacted Tracy for a refund. It was then he told me they didn't even service my area. It would have been nice to know that up front! Lots of wasted time and still no light!

Description of Work: We had trouble getting the work scheduled. When we finally did, they didn't show up or even call to say they weren't showing up. I called them and we rescheduled and then they no-showed again and again did not even call. Communication slowed and finally stopped. I think they weren't equipped to handle electrical work.
