Description of Work: Removed tub & installed shower in a very small bathroom. |They installed the cheapest shower door...not the one I wanted. Had to have them take it out and put in the correct one. Had to call several times to get them to come back and finish the job. The job took months to complete. A collectors snow globe has been missing since their last day on the job. May be a coincidence.

Description of Work: I don't remember the dates I used this service. He had two fairly competent workmen show up and they did they work I asked and went over a couple places I asked them to re-do. The owner did not come or show up to check on their work while they were at the house.

Description of Work: Tracy was always responsive when I would contact him and agreed to book an appt. when he wasn't so busy. When I did contact him to schedule an appt, he said he was no longer working with Angies List and to request a refund. I rated him a "C" since I had to pick a rating and it was in the middle.

Description of Work: I emailed to schedule appointment. I was told several times they are booked and appointment will be pushed back several weeks. Finally after multiple emails over several MONTHS, I was told they no longer employ an electrician and to contact Angie's List for refund.

Description of Work: Ordered a big deal.. All Trade said that due to overwhelming response it would take a little longer than normal to get to me. I hadn't heard anything in awhile so I called them and they said that they no longer have an electician in my area and suggested I request a refund. They did refer me to somebody that was around the same price as the coupon that I had ordered.

Description of Work: Tracy Elmore of All Trade Pros was a no show and no call the very first time we were to meet on December 4th. When he did meet with us it took a very long time to get an estimate. The estimate when we finally got it was not broken down so we could understand what was included. Tracy was hours late for 2 different meetings at our home.
