Description of Work: I purchased a $599 deal for 2 days of drywall and/or painting services in 2012. The service went fine.

Description of Work: We called the gentlemen and described what we wanted him to do. His tone was extremely rude and he indicated that he didn't really want to do that type of thing on his Angie's list deal. He was condescending and talked down to us as women. Something in this day and age I would not expect. When we got off the phone with him he called us back and asked to speak to the "man of the house". After which we just hung up on him because there wasn't a man of the house to talk to. Just two women who wanted a simple job done towards which we had already paid through angie's list. Bad Bad representation of the quality you should expect from Angie's list. He was a rude rude man. At that point there was no reason to schedule anything with him as we had no confidence he would do good work for two lowly women.

Description of Work: I never used this deal. there was confusion about the services we needed and the cost. the deal expired before I was able to schedule service.

Description of Work: Repair sheet rock walls at the master closet, paint walls and ceiling in the master closet, replace two air condition vent grilles.

Description of Work: Framing, dry-walling, and texturing of a wall in the upstairs playroom.

Description of Work: They converted my garage into a room. Removed Garage door and built wall with 2 windows and door. Installed closets along the back wall and a closet for the A/C unit. Installed Tile and wood flooring, an arch in the doorway from the house to the Garage. Installed Ceiling fan, insulated attic and walls, upgraded the breaker box, installed French drain and painted the exterior of the home.

Description of Work: I Needed some serious tuckpointing on the main entrance archway. All Trade Pros was chosen to to the work. We need to have brick work on our archway in the front of the house tuck pointed. All Trade Pros was chosen from Angies List to do the job. Michael and his associate came out and tuck pointed the archway.

Description of Work: We had the fascia board replaced with Hardie board, vertical siding on one exterior garage wall replaced with Hardie siding, the exterior painted, new gutters installed, the chimney cap replaced, and had some broken bricks and foundation cracks repaired.

Description of Work: We purchased the Angie's Big Deal ($249 for 6 hours of Masonry Service) from this company. We had some serious issues with the mortar eroding from between the bricks on our house, and so they were filling cracks/holes along with a couple of more severe problems where the mortar had completely broken out of some vertical joints.

Description of Work: Various jobs around the house. Replaced 3 toilet flush valves & components, redid caulking around a shower and tub, installed blocking around hard to reach attic vents, rehung two high cabinets.

Description of Work: They were supposed to provide 8 hours of labor. They were supposed to cut an inch 1 1/2 of drywall on each side of the already existing hole so that they could mount the microwave. I was also going to have them mount the dishwasher in the kitchen because I just had granite countertops install and put up a new closet door but he couldn't get to it. So I did not get the 8 hours worth of work. After Tracy’s need to argue and yell at me over the phone and his untruthfulness in the response I do not feel comfortable allowing him back into my home. This was the 1st time I’ve purchased a Big Deal and I thought I paid for it the same way I’ve paid for other services I’ve had done from contractors on Angie’s List. The Big Deal Special is the only reason I hired him. Angie’s List should be able to see that I did save that deal and received notification on it. The only price I talk to Tracy about was the Bid Deal offer on the phone and when he came out. He told me the offer was 2 men with 4 hours labor. I set the date for Tracy to come out to coordinate with delivery of the closet door to have it installed. Tracy was scheduled to be at my house at 11am and they arrived 2:30 he never called to let me know he was going to be late. I was not sure if they were still coming so I called him at 2 to see. When he arrived it was him and one of his workers. I walked them around the house to show them the microwave and the drywall I bought in the garage, the closet door and where I wanted it and the dishwasher. I told Tracy I thought this was a good offer and I want to jump on it to get this done. Tracy then told me that Angie’s List had been calling him for months trying to get him to do this offer and they have booked so many of them that it will tie up his guys at least until July and he’s not making any money off of this offer. Tracy didn’t do any work he stood around on his phone and watched his guy. At one point his guy even had to wait for him to come back in the house and get off the phone to help him lift the microwave. His worker made a comment that this was the way it always goes. He doses the work and Tracy talks on the phone. The logic of paying someone to pull out a platform that was securing the old microwave, and now leave holes in my wall, shove the new microwave in and plaster around it without securing it wouldn’t make sense. Now the new microwave moves around when the door opens and closes. Also the hole that they cut they went up higher on the wall and put it up so high that it’s hard for me to reach in and out. They had 6 inches of space between the oven and microwave below but he pulled the walls out up top and on the sides to do less work and just left the holes open and put the microwave in, ignoring the drywall I bought to use for the new platform. Tracy is also aware I travel for work, they were supposes to come back to finish the job the next week and I told him that I would be traveling the next 2 weeks. Tracy said he had to leave to go do his payroll about 3:30. He told me to give the check to Michael and set up a day with him to come back to finishing the job. Michael said he was finished around 4:30 and he needed to get on the road before traffic was bad so he could get to Tracy’s house to get his check. I pointed out what I was unhappy with on his work and he asked if he could fix it when he came back. He gave me his number and I gave him the check. When I got back I call Michael and he scheduled the appointment for Sunday May 27th he said he had another job that morning but would be over when he was done. He didn’t call or show up. I let him know I was not happy about the way this was being handled and he said he would have Tracy call me. After talking to Tracy, he was so rude I contacted Angie’s List to see what my options were. They help me with the complaint and right after it was posted Tracy called me 3 times. I didn’t want to argue or have him yell at me anymore so I had my fiancé call him back and tell him if he need to contact me to call him moving forward. I’ve hired a few contractors off Angie’s List and I’ve never had an experience this bad. I will admit I usually don’t go back to submit reviews do to time I’m just trying to find a good person to get the work done. Now I really see the value in taking time to do the review. I would not want someone else to have this experience or at least they know what to expect.

Description of Work: I booked this firm via an Angie's List special -- "$299 for Handyman for the Day." After scheduling two weeks in advance, Tracy called to reschedule two more times, finally settling on May 25 at 9:00 am. On the 25th at 9:00 he texted me that they wouldn't be here until after lunch. When I explained that I had rearranged my whole day after their two previous no-shows, the response was "That's as good as we can do." Utterly unreliable; don't waste your time.

Description of Work: Three gentlemen performed the services. They were here at 10 AM and worked straight through to 6:30 PM with only a 30 min. lunch break. Most of the work was in my laundry room. They moved top cabinets up, tore out a sink and bottom cabinets, put in a bottom 18" cabinet topped with a marble top that Tracy had at the shop. They applied tiles to the floor where the cabinets had been. A freezer in my garage was moved to the laundry room. Cabinets were installed above my toilet in my bathroom. A panel was removed in the kitchen to make into a door, and a pullout shelf installed. Everyone involved was courteous and friendly and very hard workers! I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They performed drywall and electrical work. I had a closet that was 4xx8x13 feet that needed drywall and electrical work that included light switches and an outlet. They bought the materials from the local Home Depot, which I paid for at the end of the service. They also had time to apply the first coat of mud. I had to pay an additional hour for the two man crew to finish the first coat. It was well worth the cost. The drywall work was well done.

Description of Work: Replaced exterior doors, siding.Used high quality materials. Tracy was concerned about the need to replace the original material with stronger and better.I found them to be punctual, polite and very competent.The $ was right. I had requested a bid from another and got a phone bid that was at least 1/3 higher.Tracy immediately came out the day I called and started and finished the project within 5 days. This included the 3 days that I had delayed.

Stone flooring laid with under floor heater. Granite countertop. New sink. Bathtub resurfaced. Wallpaper removed and walls textured and painted. Ceiling painted. Ceiling fan installed. Kitchen -- Replaced kitchen sink. Installed granite countertop. Installed Travertine backsplash. Painted inside and outside of all cabinets adding new hardware. Installed undercounter fluorescent lights linked to light switch. Installed under counter fluorescent light over the stove. All rooms -- painted ceilings and walls. Used a three-color theme. All woodwork was done in white paint. Electrical -- all switches and outlets throughout the house were replaced. Added timers to front and back outside lights. A couple of the fuse switches in the electrical box needed replacing. Second bath -- replaced sink and installed granite counter top. Removed wallpaper, textured walls and painted. Vanity bath -- replaced sink and installed granite counter top.

Description of Work: Dry vent cover on outside wall was broken. My house has a weird design and the standard dryer vent from Home Deopt would not work. Click It Home repair found the right part, installed it professionally and on time for a very reasonable cost.

Description of Work: Painted interior and exterior of cabinets. New granite countertops, tumbled marble backsplash, removed fluorescent lighting and put in new lights, painted walls and breakfast room, new sink, disposal, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and microwave. Also painted family room and hallways.
