All I was asking for was to add an outlet, but they wanted to charge me an extra $125-$150 because they had to go into the attic.

Ray did a great job, addressing all electrical issues in just over two hours. If all of All Pros employees are like Ray, we would recommend the company for every one of its services.

They wanted to charge me $125 just to go into my attic and every other service that I needed would have been an additional fee.

The subcontractor was excellent. I did not like All Trade Pros.

Quality Tops professional, punctual, and responsive. They installed the entire roof in 2 days. They took great care to cover my pool and protect my landscaping, and cleaned so well after completion that you could not tell they had even been there. They helped me with all documentation required by my insurance and mortgage company. I highly recommend them.

They sent a guy out and took down my personal information wrong. I asked for an estimate and never received it. They did not honor the special, never gave me the quote. I talked to Tracy Elmore and he gave me the around too.

I was never able to make an appointment to do the work. He didn't show up to the first appointment because he was busy. Then, he came out the next day and looked at my property. He told me he'd send me an estimate and it never came. I became a little concerned. Then, he told me that there was a delay in finding brick that would match mine. Then, I waited another two weeks before contacting them again. That's when his office staff began calling. I just thought that I don't need the aggrivation. All they were doing was making excuses for why they weren't sending me information that they were supposed to. Then, they told me that I owed an additional $75.00 for materials. This seemed strange because they apparently didn't know how much the materials were going to cost.

Used this company for two days. Had 8:00am appointment. First worker arrived at 10. Second worker arrived 12 noon. I heard second worker tell his boss on phone he just arrived. He said to first worker "I had to deposit my check." Owner cheated me out of 2 hrs of work. Owner would not listen to details. Forced worker to lie in front of me and second worker,saying "You were probably picking up materials before you came. Weren't you A-----?" He was hostile and overbearing, saying "you have to pay for workers to pick up materials, and better have the check at the end of the day." The second worker was not picking up materials until the afternoon when I happily agreed he should go get sheetrock. Quality of work excellent, but not worth the frustration. Will never use Angie's list (sight unseen) Specials again.

They were great. They were on time and professioanl. I am very impressed with their masonry work.

The technician was punctual and very courteous. He installed an A/C shut off switch that needed to be replaced. I had to purchase the supplies, but still well worth the money.

I saw All Trade Pro's Coupon for exterior painting and wanted them to give me a quote before buying the coupon as I did not think my home was encompassed completely by the coupon. My husband first e-mailed them and did not get a response. I then emailed the company, then email from Angie's list, called the company and left a message with no response to any of my attempts of contact. a few days had passed and I then called Tracy's cell phone on a Monday and he did set an appointment for the end of the week on Friday between 12 p.m. and 3 p.m.. Friday 3 p.m. came and went so I called Tracy about 3:15. He answered his cell and when I told him who I was he stated that he was just looking up my phone number as he was in Fort Worth tied up on a job and he would not make it because of traffic. I can understand being held up on a job. I do not understand why he was not courteous enough to call me at 2:30 when he knew he was tied up. He apologized and offered to come on Saturday the next day. I said great. He asked what time was good for me and I asked what was good for him. He stated he missed the appointment so I should state the time. I said 9 am.. He then said that 9 was not could for him and 11 would be better so he would be there between 11 and noon. Saturday and noon came and went. I called Tracy and he did not answer his cell. I left a message that said he had missed his appointment so I guess he just blew me off. He called back and my husband answered the phone. Tracy told him he was stuck in traffic and would be there in about 30 minutes. Tracy arrived arrived at 3:12 . He told my husband he would email me a quote on Monday. I never received it. I emailed Tracy on Thursday and told him that I has never received his quote I also told him it may have gone in to my junk folder. This was not factual on my part because I checked my junk every day and there was no quote. (okay i lied) Tracy responds to my email.. yes Ma'am I will resend it later today when I get back to the office. Guess what?? He did not resend it nor was that possible because he had not send it. This is what I find so ironic. On his Brochure he has a list of OUR GUIDING PRINCIPALS: some some those principals are.... INTEGRITY (?) PROFESSIONALISM (?) PROMPTNESS & COURTESY (?) Those where not true in my case. I sent Tracy an Email reading that due to the fact he was unable to keep his word once since we had started dealing with him we would not be needing his services. Tracy also told me it was not necessary for me to purchase the coupon off Angie's list he would just give me the discount.

Well, despite my having affirmatively called to confirm an 8 am starting time, they appeared at 10:20. This didn't really help with my work day, but I needed to get the work done, so I adjusted my work schedule that morning. 4 individuals were sent, and they all were very nice. They indicated that they wanted to make sure to get through my list since they had arrived late. The two people who patched my ceilings, caulked, and painted were great. The work was done really well, they put up with my having to go out and get additional paint for them, and I am grateful. My problem with the others is that they never checked in with me before taking off - they just left at some point - and they left without telling me that certain electrical work couldn't be done and that they hadn't fixed (or maybe hadn't tried to fix) the cabinet with the joint problem. Also, a lighting fixture was broken when they were changing a light bulb for me. None of this really bothers me - it's the lack of communication that does. At the end of the day, most of the things were done well, so I was fairly happy, but that exceptionally late starting time was problematic particularly since I had a project due at work which I started much later than I had antcipated.

Called up made appt. came when they said, did the work we asked, and gave us an estimate for a couple of small issues I didn't notice before, I gave the go ahead, it seemed reasonable and the other work was looking great so I said "go for it" so they did it all in one trip. Initially, we were concerned because the coupon was for a full day's work but by 9:30 no one had arrived. I called the receptionist and she said that all the painters were in a meeting and that they would be on their way shortly. Still no arrival time given. Then the painters got lost trying to find the house. After they arrived at 10:30, everything went well from there. They were polite and professional. They took great care with our furniture and other belongings. They took time to properly tape the rooms and protect our things. They worked all the way until 6:30 p.m. without a break, completing the 3 room project. It looked good. We would use them again, but would be more clear about an arrival time and directions.

First, I have to say that out of 6 different vendors that I have used which were found via Angie's List, this is the first negative feedback submitted. I have submitted positive feedback on all other vendors found and Angie's List and overall find this site very helpful and useful. In regards to All Trade Pros - not much to say here as I didn't use their services, other than I called approx 4pm on 09/21/12 to request someone to come out to a rental property I own for various items needing to be done. I spoke with the woman that answered the phone (she didn't giver her name, and I didn't ask) and explained what was needed. She was rude and seemed overall unknowledgeable considering she's the front lines so to speak in earning the business. After talking with her for ~5 mins or so, I left me info and she informed me that she would need to have someone get back in touch with me. Needless to say, I never got a call back, which I'm actually glad considering the lack of professionalism on the call.

Used a special for 2 hours of electrical service for $125. Ray came to the house and he was very knowledgeable, and mannerly. He called a half hour before arriving. Being this was a special for 2 hours, he could have taken advantage but he did not. He did everything I needed done and in a fast and efficient manner. He instlaled 2 thermostats, fixed a light switch, installed under cabinet lighting and changed out a lighting fixture in my very tall ceiling. Would recommend again in a minute! Thanks!

The person they sent out was excellent. He did not try to over sell me on anything and got the work done early.

I tried to contact this company several times over the course of a few months and they did not respond to my calls or emails. I got a refund for my Big Deal.

No problems scheduling work. 4 workers came the first day and completed the plumbing and wall/ceiling repairs, installed the A/C unit and hung the cabinets. A mistake was made in hanging the venetian blind (hung in wrong place), but this was corrected the following day at no additional cost. The painting was completed on days 3 and 4.

We scheduled an appointment 3 weeks out and Tracy replied and put it on the schedule. They were to send a confimation to put on their schedule and send back to me ,but my office email put it in the spam folder and I did not realize that they wanted to schedule it for a different day until today, as we had just got back from vacation. We thought they were to be there on Friday at 8:30-9:30 and when they weren't I called Tracy. He checked his schedule and we were not on his schedule but he contacted his Tech, Ray and they scheduled it for 1-3pm that same day. Ray came by and was very professional and got all the work done under the 2 hour "Big Deal Coupon".

We tried for months to re-construct and re-tile our master shower. It very large and an odd shape. Couldn't finish the project. Tracy was very polite in explaining what we had done wrong, and what was needed to fix our work and then complete the job. Tracy went with us to the tile store to help us pick out new tile, and he suggested some new things that made the shower look even better. His workmen were great and Tracy came by every day check on the work. We love the new shower and would not hesitate to use Tracy again.
