Arrived on time, and completed the work in a very professional manner.

They came out today for an estimate for the painting. I had trouble getting it scheduled and when they finally scheduled me, the man was late. He asked about the electrical work. I told him that he was here today for the painting. He said he could do them both. I mentioned that the company was not very efficient in thier scheduling and he began yelling at me and said he was going to refund me. He then left.

No actual work was done. There was a two week gap before I was contacted, and to install a floor outlet required them to use my crawl space - which apparently comes with an additional $125 fee. How a crawl space is any different than an attic, I do not know. Were they going to charge people to get into their attics? Additionally, a list of exclusions or extras should have been included in the description of the deal...particularly if a crawl space, which is fairly common, is a part of that. Obviously some things cost more or would be out of the question altogether, I don't question that, but utilizing a crawl space to install a single floor outlet shouldn't cost extra. I was looking forward to this. I'm sorry it didn't work.

All Trade Pros was excellent and they went above and beyond! I got a big deal coupon that covered everything for $250 and they were able to come out that next Monday or Tuesday. The price was good although we were kind of afraid of how much it would cost especially with the deal program Angie's List had going on. If I know of anybody who would ask about Angie's List or this type of service I'd recommend them again.

They did excellent work within the specified time noted on the coupon. I would hire them again for sure.

It went very well. They changed the outlets first and then moved the fixture.

They were the company that responded the fastest when I called for a quote. They also gave me a better time when they could start work that was better than other companies. Their price was very reasonable and the quality was not bad, but you had to keep on top of it. The final product was very good but the owner was quite a bit behind schedule because he did not organize very well. He was very nice.

As stated above, I am not sure I got the biggest bang for my bucks. Workmanship was adequate, time spent was minimal, and the value of the coupon was overpriced. Not too sure I would do this again.

Spoke with Tracey on about 10/8 about the work I wanted done and he requested that pictures of the bathroom vainity be sent to him. I sent the pictures on Oct 10 and it's now Oct 31 and I haven't heard back from him. He seemed very nice during our phone discussions and willing to do the job, but in the email I sent with the pictures, I told him I was working with a limited budget and was hoping he could offer e some options while trying to keep the cost down. Perhaps that's what scared him off!

Everything went very well. Two technicians showed up precisely on time and we discussed what I was needing. I wanted electrical outlets in the front yard somewhere and after determining that the best way to get electricity on the front of the house, they decided to use an outlet in the front bedroom to supply electricity to the plugs. They drilled a hole through the brick and installed two GFI plugs in a waterproof box and I am extremely happy with their work. It looks nice, the plugs are accessible and we will be getting lots of use from them without having to run extension cords all over the house and yard. It took exactly one hour for two of them to complete the job. They made sure they didn't leave a mess and were very courteous and pleasant to work with. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely use them again.

All Trade Pros sent Ray and Tyler to our home , based on an Angie's List coupon soecial. These young men were courteous and very efficient and professional. They arrived exactly as soon as they said they would and went right to work, replacing 3 wall plugs, installing an outdoors light fixture and re-wiring a kitchen chandelier; all in ONE hour. There is no doubt that we will use this company again, coupon special or not. Our sincere thanks to All Trade Pros.

Last Chance-$125 for 2 Hours of Licensed Electrical Work plus a Free Panel Tune-Up! I described the work that I wanted done with the owner of the company and the electrician that was dispatched to do the work. I informed both that I wanted the outlet installed in the wall and that the wall was brick. I never mentioned installing the outlet on the wall. I contracted for 2 hours of licensed electrical work plus a free panel tun-up. With such a contract, I expected to have one licensed electrician to work for 2 hours or two licensed electricians for 1 hour each plus a panel tune-up. I didn't expect to have one electrician doing work while another person perhaps helper watched and occassionally pulled a wire or went to the truck to retrieve something. The electrician was professional but the plug was not installed in the wall as originally requested not was the panel touched or mentioned. One other issue is that I was told that an electrician would be at my residence between the hours of 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on October 25th. I was at Lowes when I received a call around 9:20 a.m. where the electrician informed me that he was in route and would be at my residence in approximately 30 minutes. I then received a call from my wife that the electrician was at me residence at approximately 9:45 while I was still at the hardware store. My day was planned around what had been communicated to me, arrival from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. I also noticed that the same Big Deal was offered for $99 but I paid $125 for the same service. ???????? We had a ceiling fan in a bedroom that had a broken lamp unit. We also had another ceiling fan in a location that was not used. We wanted to move the unused fan to replace the broken fan and replace the relocated fan witha ceiling light. We also had a number of outlets that were not working properly. They scheduled the work and were on time. The work was completed and was done properly. They also gave us a quote to replace the breaker box. We will definitely use this firm again.

They called when they were enroute and arrived well within the agreed upon time frame. The work was completed in an acceptable time frame. The technicians were friendly and courteous and cleaned up before they left.

They sent a master electrician and an assistant. They tried to charge me for two extra man hours of service for the assistant, even thought that was not part of the deal. They also never finished the job.

They showed up on time. Did what they said that they would do. They did do the job fine and did some tuck pointing on the side of the house.

The service was fine. They were courteous and we have no complaints.

There has been no response from the company after several attempts to schedule service.

The project went very smoothly. He arrived on time, efficiently performed the work, and cleaned up. The work performed was excellent.

Ray and his crew member showed up on time and knew exactly what to do and how to do it. Very professional and knowledgeable. I will use them again.

It went well. The two men that came were very personable and professional. They installed 2 additional electrical plugs in my masterbath.and looked over my electrical panel. The only issue I encountered was the lack of responsiveness in getting an appointment scheduled.

Tracy needed to learn to call if he was not going to shows up within the window he set to call. I told him this. There were communication problems with what has been termed as handymen. This resulted in some electrical outlet problems.Tracy offered to fix it but I went to an electrical friend of mine to do it, and he talked me out of it. So that is of no consequence to the project. Everyone did a good job, did their job professionally, and cleaned up after their job. The different trades needed for this project caused people working around one another, and that could have caused problems, but they worked very well together. All Trades Pro performed every 'fix' I asked them to. I would recommend them for each individual 'trade work' they performed. I would use them again. I do think coordination of different trades after the estimate and before commencing the project could be improved; however, after that coordination was performed it went as smoothly as it could have gone. He was quite cognizant of the fact that I was living in sawdust and dust and tried to make it as painless as possible. I was without an oven for several days, but there are ways to work around that. Tracy is a good guy. He had a challenge with this project and he did it well I don't give excellent''s because rarely does anyone with this size project do everything excellently. He did a good job.

I have some issues with scheduling. They did end up coming up to do the work and everything was fine.
