Scheduled an appointment. The Masonry cracks were filled and work done was good. However, there is a lot of hassle that I have to go through. * First, the co-ordination to schedule the appointment was a nightmare. * Second, there is an agreement to treat the expansion joints. But, the guy who performed the work turned that off saying that he doesn't deal with those. * Third, they took so much time to fill few Masonry cracks. Over All: Price - The Price was good with the Coupon. Quality - The work performed was good. Responsiveness - The co-ordination to schedule the appointment and to follow up on the work that needs to be performed was poor. This is one of the areas All Trade Pros need a lot of improvement. Punctuality - The workers showed up on time.

I called them right after buying the Deal and I was told by the company that they were not going to schedule jobs for the Deal until December 12th. I need the work done well before that so I will get a refund and go with someone else.

the 2 men that came to my house for handymen services were father and son. They did a great job, very respectful of my house, my time and were willing to do whatever projects I needed done. I would use this service again. The only problem for me was that I purchased by the hour instead of the task. I'm not sure which would have worked out better, but they kept busy the entire time they were there.

I was a little angry that it took me 3 calls to set up an appointment. But when the electrician and his helper came

It was a little tricky scheduling the appointment. i had an appointment scheduled, and I called the morning of to confirm, and they said the electrician was stuck on a bigger than anticipated job, so we had to reschedule, which was a little disappointing. When they did arrive for the appointment, they did exactly what I asked and everything works great. They were professional and courteous and did a great job.

I was very happy with the service I received. I would highly recommend them.

They communicated well the job to be done. Called before coming to the home. Job completed well and clean up after themselves, nothing for me to do after they left but to appreciate their work.

The service okay. Two guys come out to service my concerns. The guy told me that they needed to drop another electrical line. He than gave me another price. I asked him I thought you would be here to service me for 2 hours. The gentleman said when they send out two workers you only get one hour of service. So they did not complete the job and I will need to hire someone again to finish the job. I called the 1st time and they told me I had to call someone else. So I did and the gentleman that answered the phone told me he was just taking messages. He would get someone to give me a call back. They never called after a week. I ended up calling them back and they were able to service me. I also want to note the Big Deal never stated two hours for one worker or one hour for two workers.

They knew what they were doing and did a great job. I gave them an "F" in responsiveness. They were to call me back with an estimate for another job. Never heard from them.

I took off a day at work and they called and said they would not be able to come. We rescheduled for today and they called me and said they forgot to put me on the schedule. They were able to still come out, I showed them what I needed done and he did not have the right tools and said it would be an additional $700, even though i had told the office before what i wanted done and they said it would be fine.

I reached out to the company to schedule a estimation of a remodel project of my bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen. I received a quick call back to schedule the evaluation date, which was only one week later. An hour before the guy was to show up to review my remodeling project I received a call from him stating that he wasn't going to be able to come and wanted to reschedule. His reasoning was that he wanted to finish the project that they were on that day (day before Thanksgiving) and not rush his visit since our remodeling project was going to be pretty big. I understood since it was the day before Thanksgiving and I assumed he wanted to allow his crew to go home early etc. We rescheduled for the next week. After 1 hour of both myself and my husband waiting for the guy to show up I call him back directly. I already had his number in my phone from our call the previous week. He did not answer. I started up my computer to send an email to the company and while going through my junk mail I see an email from the guy that was supposed to have showed up. He emailed me to advise that his car had broken down on Thanksgiving and that he wouldn't be able to make the appointment. I did email back advising of my frustration regarding receiving an email that went to my junk mail instead of getting a call like I did the week previously. I also was taken back that if his car broke down on Thanksgiving, why on Tuesday I was just finding out that he wasn't going to be able to make our appointment. With the lack of concern that the company as well as the service guy provided, this showed that this is not a reliable company. I copied in the company advising of me not going to use them in the future due to this issue and still no response received from the company.

They showed up early (after calling to ask permission), and were courteous. They mostly cleaned up afater themselves - I only had to do a litte after they left. They got the work done in less than 2 hours (about 1 1/2), so I let them go.

The first time when I called them back they apologized and rescheduled. Right before Thanksgiving when they missed their second appointment I left a message to let them know that I was going to get a refund.

Had great difficulty getting company to respond to scheduling appt. I felt that a lot of pressure was applied to commit to more work than the 8 hrs of handyman services offered in the Angie List deal. I had to continue to say I wanted to see how this experience went, before I committed to any larger projects. When appt to actually do the work did get scheduled, the person sent out was a couple of hours late and expressed his frustration that ALL Trade Pros only just that morning requested that he come to our home to do work. There was supposed to be either one person for 8 hrs or two people for 4 hours and only one came for 4 hours. He told us he was only instructed to come for 4 hours. No one seemed to even realize that only one person came until a few days later (no follow-up or oversight on the part of All Trade Pros). A few days later, I got a call asking if I was ready to proceed with the other work they had proposed and I told them then that only one person came. I didn't call to complain initially because I really just wanted to be done with it all. The same man returned who was nice enough and did a pretty good job, but again very late and continued expressing his frustration saying that he wasn't asked until the last minute to come to our home. I hate to give such a negative review, but just getting this company to honor the Angies List deal was more trouble than it was worth.

About 2 weeks ago I tried to get in touch with this company and we played phone tag fro a while. When we finally connected they told me they were very busy, however they still set up a service date. They called me today and told me they would have to reschedule for several days later. I feel like they were overbooked and were putting us off. I had to get a refund.

Bad overall experience. False marketing electrical work coupon. I canceled my appointment after 2 or 3 bad and confusing conversations with company representatives prior to my appointment. They argued with their own coupon and bid that they provided in writing.

Very professional and worked around a glitch involving missing parts

HThe team arrive as confirmed, assessed my needs; picked up the necessary parts/supplies from the local Home Depot, and returned and quickly made the necessary repairs. Because of the age of the on/off switch in the pantry, replacement parts could not be found at Home Depot. However, the service reps bypassed the door switch and replaced it with a pull chain on the fixture itself, thereby giving me the functionality of a light in the pantry that had been missing for quite a few years. Very glad to have it back. Similarily, the fixture in the shower being quite old and needed special attention to make it work properly and safely. The both members if the team were polite, professional and informed me of all the work to be done and why the repairs were done in the manner they were. Thank you All Trade Pros! I would call you back for other work and recommend you to others.

They came on time and looked at the job. They said it would be an extra $75.00 for the mason material, (which was already explained to me over the phone). However, I was a little shocked when they told me it would be an extra $100.00 for the use of their scafolding. I would think that would be part of the job. But I paid it, and they did an excellent job. I was really pleased.

I called the company to ask about the $1499 for 40 hours work deal sent me via email. He came to my house to check out the work requested - tiling shower, floor, installing glass blocks in window, etc. He mentioned that the shower alone would be about $3500, but he would send me an estimate. He asked if I had bought the $1499 deal yet and I hadn't. He said I could buy it from him. Several days later, he left a message saying that he was calculating the cost. I never heard from him again.

The electrical work is working. The only complaint I have is they did kill some of landscaping in the yard while completing the work.

The guys were taking care of electrical issues noted by the home inspector for our new home. The inspector had noted a number of the electrical sockets were not functioning. It was simply the gfi plug having been tripped. No plug was actually needing to be replaced, so they didn't replace any sockets. I had bought the supplies ahead of time for deleting some 1979 square recessed lighting. The guys took out some of the fixtures and installed the empty boxes I had provided, however, they only took out the fixtures and left the boxes hanging. They did put a pig tail in the box left in the bathroom so we would have light. They informed me that my breaker box was the basis for an investigation into fires in the 1980's and they proved to be faulty although installed in many homes in Texas at the time our townhouse was built.The guys did their inspection and told me that we needed to get our breaker box replaced. I bought the service to have it replaced on a more recent Angie's List at the special price of $1499. The "owner" of the company called me to come inspect the breaker box. He discovered that we are in the middle of remodeling when he came to inspect the box and advised us that we need to wait until the kitchen remodel is completed and then call them back. They have contacted me several times since then wanting to set up having the breaker box replaced. I have told them each time they have called that the kitchen remodeling isn't to be completed until closer to New Year's Day. I sincerely hope they will be as honest and diligent in providing the service to replace our breaker box as they have been in trying to schedule it.
