We decided to add to our original list and bought an additional period of time that day. The team stayed until the work was complete and the home was cleaned up.

I met with Tracy (owner of All Trade Pros) at my house to get an estimate on a bathroom remodel. During the conversation, we started talking about a rental property I was in the process of purchasing and rehabbing. Since he had come up with some interesting and creative ideas about the bathroom, I asked if he would be interested in taking a look at the rental house. Tracy came up with a good plan, with some great ideas for maximizing the value of the house, which were validated by the appraisal.. He involved me in the details such as tile and flooring selection, appliance selection, and was flexible in changing the plan on the fly. He also made the suggestion to open up the kitchen, and after we decided to go ahead with it, had his team perform the work at no additional charge. The quality of the work by Tracy and his team was excellent. I have no complaints about any of it. If there were changes or minor corrections needed (as is always the case on a job this size) he went ahead and fixed them. This was an expensive rehab, but for the amount and quality of work done, I'm satisfied with the price. I highly recommend All Trade Pros, and plan to hire them again for future projects.

Needed to have missinig mortar replace around various places on a home I own. Angel came out and walked the perimeter of the home with me and even noticed other areas that needed attention. We agreed on the scope of the work and he went right to work. Did an excellent job. Will definitely use them again.

Overall experience was positive, very good experience.

A $99 "Big Deal" magically turned into a $450 job when the sub-contractor showed up. Nice enough guy, but lots of excuses as to why he was 2.5 hrs late. Right when he comes in he shakes his head and tells me how this is going to cost "a lot more." Big surprise. He calls the owner and quotes the new price which was entirely outrageous for what needed to be done. I sent the sub-contractor on his way, the owner called with more excuses about what the coupon actually meant even though the coupon itself didn't mention any of that. Missed a day of work for it as the cherry on top. Won't be purchasing any more of these supposed deals. Been burned too many times. Hired Doug at Winter Electric instead. Price for the job with Winter? $250.

We had a very good experience and the repair blended in quite well.

This was a three week project and the painters and local team were onsite 80% of the days. In fact, there were several weekend days where they came onsite to try and get through the project. Overall, this team did a good job, and although we had to ask for some items to be redone to get up to speed, the contractors did each redo and were able to get the items to par. The exterior paint work was very well done. The did replace some exterior lighting which ended up being mis-wired and we had to hire a separate electrician to find the error and correct. Overall, the project was done well.

Project went very well from start to finish. They made helpful suggestions to what we wanted and the end result was perfect. I think the post/planter looks better than before.

Only one person showed up and he was 30 minutes late. He said that it would take 1 and a half hours to put up the ceiling fan. For the work that was going to be done it, the Deal was going to be too expensive for the price that I paid. He was unprofessional and was sub-contractor and I don’t think he had any interest in the company. I sent the guy home after I talked to owner on the phone; the owner told me it was a good price and the solution he offered was a refund.

They came in with their crew and completed the work in the amount of time that was allotted. They did a nice job and it worked out great. They were quick and everything was fine.

went well, one person showed up first to look it overand explain process and have to buy the mortar, etc.... made appt to have work done, team showed up, did work, work was shown, new mortar matched and a few cracked bricks replaced , work seamless... quite pleased but honestly not an expert, looked good from a homeowners perspective.

I decided to have the deal refunded. I wasn’t too impressed with how he presented himself. He had asked me to refund the deal through Angie's List and pay him directly. He said he didn’t want to go through Angie's List anymore. I did have the deal refunded, but chose not to proceed with this company for those reasons. He had no interest in providing professional service to me.

We had an appointment set up for 12/3/12 between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Around 11:00 a.m. I called the office and they said that they would be here around 2:00 p.m. I received a call back around 2:30-3:00 stating that they wouldn't be making it. We set a new appointment for 12/4/12 at 9:30 a.m. When they didn't show up by 11:00 a.m. I decided it best to no longer with this company.

They arrived on time and finished within the 6 hour time I had purchased. I paid extra for some supplies and that was reasonable.

Was told it would take 5 days, ended up taking 13. Pocket door was originally installed completely incorrect. Had to rip out wall and start over. Second try went fine but added days to the project. No issue with the wood flooring repair. Showed up with wrong tile for shower despite picking out samples and giving to them. Delay caused by this. Shower was demo'd and ready for new pan but 2 days went by until this was done, further delaying project. Shower tile was done but shower water controls were sticking out too far, had to rip out shower wall and repair, still not as it should be but other than ripping the wall out again, i acquiesed. Then shower door was told to be re-used since it was relatively new. No one bothered to measure the door and when they tiled the shower, the opening was too large. They tried a quick fix to the problem but it was completely messed up. Had to rip it out and re-do, more delays. All the while the house was a mess, they did not clean up daily and we finally just cleaned it up ourselves since we couldn't stand it anymore. IN the end, the bathroom looks great once they got their act together, but we did not have a good experience with them which is a shame because we had a larger bathroom to re-do plus a kitchen we wanted to rip out and re-do....needless to say, we won't be calling these people.

The "deal" indicated 2-hours of electrical work for $99 so we thought that would work for us. However, two servicemen were sent in order to do job in one hour, not two hours as the deal indicated. They were a little bit late in getting here but had called to say they were running late and also needed better directions. We were okay with it. Once they assessed that the job would require a trip to the attic they informed us of an extra $75 attic charge. At first we said we were not informed of this additional charge when we purchased the deal and the serviceman was going to not charge us. We looked at the confirmation document we received AFTER we purchased the deal but before the appointment and, indeed, it indicated a $75 charge if work needed to be done in the attic. So we told the serviceman to go ahead and charge us for it. They had a bit of a challenge getting the line dropped down the wall as we have such thick insulation. This carried them a small bit over the one hour for which they did not charge us, thankfully. I really do think there should be some reference on the advertised "deal" about any extra charges that may be incurred. If I had known about the attic charge and any other charges aside from parts before I purchased the deal, I might not have purchased it. (Was that the point?) I'm not sure this really was a "deal".

We specifically asked the two painters to start with the stairway ceiling because that was an area we could not reach. They said that wouldn't be a problem to get to, that they would have plenty of time. By the end of the day they had completed everything but the stairway ceiling and then said that they had to go. We followed up with their management and they have offered to come back and finish that area, however, it is very difficult for us to schedule a time to be there to get the work done. We may have a chance to do that over the upcoming holidays but are still somewhat disappointed that they didn't complete the work as we had asked in the first place. Also, we subsequently discovered several spots of paint there were left on the carpet.

First appt cancelled by company as quoted got behind due to bad Thunderstorms. Service men were 30 minutes late for appt as went to wrong address Service men were polite and did the work as I asked. No complaints about that Work was completed as expected.
