I will not call this company again. If after 3 times they can't come out to my home and look at a problem, I do not need to do business with them.

The technician was prompt, friendly, and professional. He quickly disassembled the fans and diagnosed the problem. He then left to purchase the parts, and returned a short while later and quickly had both fans in working order.

Overall everything went very well. I purchased the deal on Angie's list for 1200.00. It turns out that the deal is for smaller houses and did not apply to mine. So I had to pay additional for the job but I an understand the reason. The work was good quality and I have not complaints. The only issues were some missed appointments or getting some of the workers out here to do certain parts of the job. However, a call to Tracy Elmore corrected the issues.

I spoke to a man on the phone who was clearly on the job and unable to speak at the moment. He was kind enough to take a couple of minutes to discuss my work request, and told me that it was not his area of expertise. He told me to call a different number, talk to the office secretary/receptionist who would give me the number of someone who could help me or would at least leave a message for the man I spoke with, so that he'd remember to get that number to me when he returned to the office. I called the secretary who didn't answer. I left a voicemail message with the exact instructions as told to me by the man on the phone. It's been over a week and no return phone call. I have since taken care of the electrical work myself and cannot recommend this company.

We bought a coupon for outdoor painting from this company for $1299. The coupon was to be applied toward a job valued at $2800. When making a proposal for the job the owner suggested a number of additional services, resulting in an estimate of $8100, which struck us as an obvious attempt to use the coupon as a way to sell added services. After eliminating a lot of things, we finally wound up paying $3150 in addition to the value of a $1299 coupon. Th extra money was for minor some repairs to front windows, siding and doors. Given the cost, we expected top quality workmanship. What we got was patch work, just enough to be satisfactory, but not worth the cost.. The spray painting part of the job was done well, but the trim painting was pretty sloppy - we had to get our windows washed afterward. We also had to keep after the painters to fix problems with the painting, which they did. Because the area where some of the painting was done was muddy from watering new sod, the supervisor claimed we had a water leak, and made a big fuss over this. Apparently our neighbor got involved in this. There was and is no leak, and I would have appreciated it if they stuck to their painting without causing problems with my neighbor. In the end we got mediocre work at more or less what we would have paid without a coupon. The deal was no bargain. No more Angie's list deals for us.

All Trade Pros were slow to reach out to me initially but once we got connected were prompt to return any communications. They clearly explained the terms of the Big Deal ( 6 hours for 1 man, 3 hours for 2 men, etc.) and it did not include any potential supplies, like mortar, that would be needed. If the workman on-site needed any supplies or felt the time for the job exceeded the 6 hours, he would communicate that immediately with an estimate before continuing. We were able to schedule the job within a week. The two workmen from All Trade Pros arrived early in the morning and confirmed that the two of them could complete the work on the wall within 3 hours between the two of them. The gave an estimate for $75 worth of mortar and would use bricks found on-site to replace a few cracked ones in the wall. They finished the work in 3 hours and presented the work for review to my mother before a final bill was presented. She was very pleased with the attempts they made to make the repairs look as similar to the rest of the wall that had been built over 25 years ago. The workmen left the area clean as they found it.

I called them as soon as I got the Deal and got a rough quote which I compared with other bids from companies. The Big Deal didn't seem to really save me any money as the bids from other companies were the same and they didn't have a Big Deal to apply. I also had a very difficult time contacting them after that. When I called them the message instructed me to leave a voicemail or send a text and they would get back to me, but I never heard from them. I know it's the holidays and people are busy but I would at least expect a response explaining they are busy. I am now seeking other options with different companies.

Execellent... Michael arrived on time, completed the work, and was very professional and courteous.

Overall experience was fine. I will definitely use them again.

They installed 6 motion detectors and now 3 are not working. I have been trying to get a hold of them but am not able to get anyone to call me back. They have been very unresponsive for the past 45 days.

. I was very pleased with Cristobal and the other gentleman who came. They were very professional, polite, quiet, neat, and spent their time working. They did everything I asked in the manner I asked. When there was a question concerning different options on how something could be done, they asked and then did what I requested. They answered any questions I had. It was a very good overall experience. I was very comfortable with both men and having them in my home.

They were very quick in getting the work done. The one thing I noticed was that the mortar that patched the crumbling concrete didn't quite match. I wish they would have tried to match the new concrete with the old, but it looks like they didn't. The patchwork still looks wet. Overall, an good job.

The responsiveness was tough. I was the first one to sign up, but had difficulty setting up appointments. Partly my responsibility because I work also, but it was very difficult to get an answer as to exactly what I was paying for. It took 4 phone calls before I was told. The work that was done was good except for the door weather stripping. I can't close my doors. When I asked the carpenter to please fix the doors...He did fix one, but the other two still don't close. The weather stripping was glued on very unprofessionally. ...something I could have done myself. The woodwork was done nicely and I was proud of how it turned out.

I purchased a Big Deal for $99 for 2 man hours of electrical work from All Trade Pros. I needed to have a light in our bedroom closet fixed and that was the main reason for needing the service. They sent out a two man crew who worked for an hour. They fixed the closet light quickly and for the remainder of the hour they updated several light switches throughout the house. I was very satisfied with the speed and quality of their work. I wasn't sure what kind of service I would receive with the Big Deal offer, but there was no need to worry. My only problem with them was the delay in actually getting them out to do the work. I orginally had them scheduled to come out on November 15, three weeks after I purchased the Big Deal offer, but on the night before, they called to cancel saying that they were delayed on another job and had to finish it the next day. With the holiday coming up, the next available appointment wasn't until November 29th.

After arriving, the electrician asked to see the breaker panel and quickly evaluated the condition of breaker switches and panel housing. Once that was done, I showed them the additional work I wanted done - running AC from the house to a new shed in the back yard. I quickly realized that I needed to have a better idea of what outlets I wanted where before they could get to work. They left with the plan that I would call them to make another appointment when I was ready. I was not charged anything for that courtesy visit, and the manager at their office said I could even apply the Big Deal purchase to any of their other services if preferred. Time has gotten away from me since then and I have not made that follow-up appointment yet. I look forward, however, to using All Trade Pros to get the work done.

Had to get parts which took time an money. However did a good job.

All Pro solved the probem and was very efficient. They were there less than 40 minutes. After they determined that they could not fix the original problem, I mentioned that we had an electrical outlet on the outside patio that was not working. He stated it probably was a broken outlet but did not look at it or offer to fix it. I would use the company again. However, I am careful of a "big deal" for a time specific number of hours that is then devided by the number of people who come to the project. In this case the assistant was used basically to move the ladder and get a tool. I realize that in many cases two people are needed, but not this job. Again I would use them again. I just wish he had asked to look at the plug since that part of the house had electricity. Both men were very pleasant and obviously effective

It was ok. Wasn't clear in deal that it could be 2 or more people coming and then hours being reduced. (Ex: 8 hrs of handyman service advertised, but 4 people coming for 2 hours) We felt like we were being crammed into the schedule, there were too many people, and it was a little overwhelming. Overall, they did good work and were very nice, it just wasn't the experience we thought it would be.

The work was very acceptable. The planning of the project was very poor. A rep of the firm came to the project and advised it would be all day. When the painters came, it took them 3 hours. Was a waste of money at this price. Scheduled them to come back later and that was canceled by the company when their computer went down and I asked whether coming or not. I would not use them again.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for two hours of electrical work for approximately $90. Two technicians arrived as agreed upon--they even called me about 30 minutes before they arrived as I requested. The two technicians changed out 2 landscaping light fixtures on the front of my house and also replaced two light switches with timers. They were very helpful and professional. After they left, I noticed that one of the timers was not working properly. I had some problems with getting them scheduled to come back--but once I called the main office they were very apologetic and got them scheduled to come back right away. They arrived promptly the second time and fixed the problem quickly (which had to do with using the wrong type of light bulbs.)

I scheduled an in-home estimate for Tracy to provide a bid on a kitchen remodeling project. Tracy called 30 minutes before our first appointment to reschedule to the weekend. On Saturday, he called twice to reschedule, eventually showing up late in the afternoon. The estimate lasted only about 15 minutes and he took few measurements, but he assured me that he had enough information to develop an estimate. I never heard from him again despite a follow-up email and follow-up phone call from me. Very unprofessional.

I bought this coupon and scheduled an appointment for them to come out to our home for the electrical work. I took today off work and they said they would be here between 2pm-4pm. They did not show up and I haven't heard from them. I tried to give them a call and got a voicemail saying they would return my call within one day. I called Angie's List and requested a refund for the coupon.

They did a very good job, very prompt in coming and I was very pleased with their work!

It went very well. I showed them exactly what I needed and they wasted no time in getting it done in a professional manner.

I paid for the special on Angie's List and contacted All Trade Pros with the number supplied. The gentleman I spoke with asked me to e-mail him because he was driving at the time, so I did. However, he never responded back to me. I was very disappointed with his nonchalant attitude and failure to respond. Although, after reading some of the reviews, I do believe I dodged a bullet.
