Called and e-mailed repeatedly and never heard back.

Good except I don't feel like I received all of the service I paid for.

The company failed to respond in a timely fashion to my inquiry. I cancelled my coupon, and did not use the service.

I purchased the Big Deal at the end of August, 2012. When I was ready to hire All Trade Pros to perform the handyman jobs, I scheduled an appointment with Tracy to go over the work to be done. When Tracy met me at my home, he indicated that they were no longer honoring the coupon and suggested that I request a refund from Angie's List.

They never called, they never returned my calls, and I have received a refund.

Everything was fine until they requested another $75 for supplies, which I paid. I told the workman there was nothing on the ad that said a supply charge for such a small job would be assessed. They only used part of one 16" X 20" bucket half full. I checked the home supply store, and it cost only $15, maybe two bags for $30. In addition, they used my own concrete for the floor repair, and I would have had the other concrete available if they had told me what they needed. I called them in late November and explained that there was a mention of possible supply charges on their coupon receipt, but nothing on the ad before I clicked to get a coupon, and I felt a rebate of the supply charge was in order. They told me on the phone that they would rebate $50. If they had sent me the promised $50 check and changed their ad to reflect possible supply charges (obviously a $75 minimum), I would have been okay with an excellent rating for work accomplished. Otherwise, I am not inclined to recommend them. As of February 18, they have not sent the check.

The first coupon went rather well, but there was major up-selling from the start. The first job was not as much of an issue as there was a lot of work that needed done. He came out and did a decent job, but the second coupon did not go well at all. What started out as an offer for 1 day of handyman work at $299, he pushed into a job scoped by the hour and a much larger scope than the coupon would cover. On top of all this, for the second coupon, it was very difficult to get him to set a date for the work. Instead, I got a refund on the Deal and will go with another company.

This company could not fit me into his schedule asked me to seek a refund.

No show. Called several times over the past few months. He always said he was very busy, but would get to us as soon as possible. Called again his morning. He said that he was too busy because of the overwhelming response to your service.deal. He asked me to call you and refund my payment. Per the above, please refund my payment for this provider. This was one of Angie's Big Deals - two hours of electrical work for $99! Two electricians arrived as scheduled and performed the work requested, which was to move approximately 8 outlet boxes and connect an in-floor outlet. They performed the job within two hours and were extremely polite and professional. They cleaned up after themselves, too.

I purchased a Big Deal for some electrical work and tried to redeem it. I left several voicemail messages and never received a returned phone call. I eventually found another number to call and got a hold of someone right away. They would not accept my coupon since they appartenly had too great of a response. They offered to perform the services but at full price, which I did not want to do. So, they told me to get a refund from Angie's List, which was fairly easy to do. They shouldnt be offering these deals if they arent able to hold up their end of the deal.

Don't use All Trade Pros. They don't care about their customers. I purchased Big Deal for 2 Man Hours of Licensed Electrical Work Plus a Free Panel Inspection 0n 12/03/2012. On 12/04/2012 I called Tracy Elmore and asked when i could schedule the work, I was told that thet would start scheduling work when the Big Deal was over. I didn't hear anything from them until I received an email on 12/14/2012 that they were booked thru Christmas and they would contact me on the 26th. When I dind't hear from them I called Tracy Elmore and was told that they would get back to me the following week. Again no one contacted me I sent and email on 1/2/2013. I still didn't get any response from them so I called their office on 1/8/2013 and left a message. When this didn't get a reply I contacted Angie's List about my problems. On 1/10/2013 I received an email from Angie's list stating they had contacted All Trade Pros and that they would contact me. I still haven't head from them but since I was refunded my purchase price I am done with them. Use All Trade Pros at your own risk. If this is how they treat their customers who knows what their work is like.

They did not perform any work for me.

I felt the Big Deal is misleading and decided to cancel. On 1/22, the day of the "consultation" appointment, when he called me back after I left a VM on the no show, we spoke about the scope of the work. I wanted to add another flood light in my back yard by tapping into the existing flood light. I told him the existing flood light has a junction box where he can unscrew one of the sides and he conduit to the new location. I expected that either I can provide the material or he can provide the material and charge me and also if the job took longer than the 2 man hours I already paid that I would be charged at $125/hour extra, if needed. He said this is "new" service and is not included in the Big Deal 2 hour consecutive licensed electrical labor and would charge me $125/hour and I can apply the $99 already paid to the job. I don't consider this "new" service and even if was, it was not mentioned in the Big Deal fine print. For this reason, I decided to cancel. The free panel inspection was not something I needed so I did not mention it to Tracy Elmore.

didnt complete the jobs requested. Lighting job was not fixed and hanging of heavy piece of art was done incorrectly (not centered). Handyman was not efficient or good at his job.

I called several times to set up service and every call went to voicemail. I left my contact information and according to the out going message, I would receive a reply the next business day. I never received a response. The next several calls I made were to a disconnected number. Did they go out of business?! I want my money back since I never received the service I purchased through Angie's List deals.

I purchased the deal on December 1, 2012. Tracy Elmore (the owner) contacted me via email right before Christmas explaining that they were booked up through the holidays and that he would be contacting clients that purchased the deal after the new year. I wasn't in a rush to get my work done, so that didn't bother me at all. Fast forward to January 31 and I haven't heard from the owner again. My deal didn't expire until March 31, 2013, so I decided to go online and request an appointment for service in either February or March. Once again, it isn't for anything urgent so the work could have been done at any time. I received one email about 15 minutes later saying if you are an Angie's List customer to please be patient and he will respond to scheduling projects in the order received. Another 10 minutes later and I get another email from Tracy saying that I should request a refund from Angie's list because they are booked on electrical services until the end of March (when my deal expires) and he apologized. I just called Angie's List and they said would issue the refund. They also said they would be willing to contact the company (All Trade Pros) and inform them that they could accept my coupon for the deal even after the expiration date, but at this point, I feel like the guy is a little flaky. Their company shouldn't offer these deals, or should at least offer a limited quantity, if they do not have the manpower to be able to make appointments for service. Overall, I'm glad the guy was honest and told me to ask for a refund but I will most likely not do business with them again.

I expected it to go a lot worse than it did. I had read some of the reviews on Angie's List about All Trade Pro's being extremely non-responsive to phone calls, so I decided after 3 voice mail messages went unanswered, that I would visit their website. There, I discovered an on-line schedule area and submitted a request for an appointment. About 48 hours later, I had a phone call from Angel, their brick/ masonry guy, wanting to come out and look at the desired job in order to determine if any additional supplies would be needed. I met Angel at my house on a Friday during my lunch break and we discussed the job, discussed the 2 different ways to do it and the price for each, then he took a few of my bricks in order to try to find a close match. He returned the next afternoon (Saturday) with a flat of bricks that closely matched my original bricks and he also dropped off some other supplies like concrete & rebar, and we agreed that the job would commence at 8 AM on Monday. He was on time and worked all day and did a most excellent job-- I could tell that he takes pride in his work as he was very meticulous to make sure that everything was done correctly. When he finished, I was so very pleased with my decorative brick driveway border! I must admit that I was a little surprised at the final price, but in order to make sure that it would last, and not crumble the first time a vehicle tire drove on it, I elected to go the concrete/ rebar route, thus adding about $500 to the total cost. I had originally wanted to do a few more things to my home with masonry/ brick, but after my $1,500 decorative driveway border, I do believe that I have spent enough.

They are unable to do the work. They suggested I request a refund.

They did outstanding work and have very friendly workmen. We are very happy with the results.

I recently purchased a townhome. I discovered several non-functioning electrical outlets. The guys arrived on time and waited an extra 25mins while I was stuck in freeway nightmare. The outlets which turned out to be an easy fix because they were not completely installed ! I could have done it myself but I do not like delving into unknown electrical territory. The guys were great. People I could talk to about the house.

They had a deal going on for 2 hours of electrical work for $129 and the owner told me to email him and he would come out. I emailed him and he never emailed me back, he said he didn't get it. So I emailed him again with my phone number twice, and he never called.

We tried setting up an appointment on more than one occasion. I called the same day that I purchased the deal to set up the appointment and was unable to. After over a month, we finally set up the appointment and he was a no call/no show to it. Our phone calls were never returned and we had to wait around on him all day to show up and he never did. We had the deal refunded.
