The main problem was that the dispatcher didn't communicate well with the locksmith. It took nearly 3 hours before he got here. When he got here, the locksmith was apologetic, polite, and professional. He fixed the lock quickly at a reasonable price. He gave me a $20 discount because of the lateness. Also, the name on the locksmith's shirt and on the receipt was different from the name given on Angie's List.

Tom arrived on time and was very professional. I forgot that one of my locks was a dual cylinder deadbolt, so, I had to rekey an additional lock cylinder. The fee for an additional lock was fair.

The technician showed up on time in spite of the snow storm and was quite courteous. The wk was completed and he showed me what he had done.

Originally it was going to be several days before they could get to us, but when we explained the urgency of the situation, they had someone come out the next day! The gentleman who replaced the locks could not have been more cheerful, courteous, clean and helpful. Not to mention the locks looked and worked great! Would definitely use again!

It went amazing! I bought a special through Anglies List. It was to have 4 locks changed and 5 keys made for me. Once he got here we realized that a few of the doors had top and bottom locks. He quickly got to work and switched them all out.

Our tech (Bennie) arrived promptly (after calling to let us know he was on the way). He was incredibly efficient. Reviewed everything that needed to be replaced and did a great job. Exceptional service. He owns his company and takes great pride in providing professional services and ensures good customer satisfaction. Very prompt - exceeds expectations. We used his Angie's list pricing for changing the locks. For the emergency call for lock out, we were changed $85, which I think was reasonable at 7:45 am with a 20 minute response time.

My daughter lost her set of keys to our house and the moment we understood that they cannot be found we decided to search for a local locksmith in Dallas and found AJ Locksmith. They were very polite when picked up the phone and they could do same day appointment so we went ahead and scheduled for them to arrive. The technician showed up as promised and was very careful with his tools and the way he handled our locks. Very professional and cost was reasonable as well. joey runs an honest key business. I called him to change keys on all my locks at my house. He gave me a competitive price over the phone, 25 minutes later he showed up in his van, presented himself nicely, and started to work right away. he professionally removed the locks and changed the keys that actually used to work on them. he then installed the locks back on the doors and handed me 2 keys that were actually the same but worked on all locks. I decided to get more copies made with him and he gave me about 3 additional keys at no cost!. I had called 2 other local locksmiths earlier and they were more expensive and couldn't come for 2 - 3 hours. joey was the fastest, gave me the best price and was a nice enough guy to talk to me while he was completing his work! You can't go wrong using this guy.
