After 12 years, I my former service provider failed to advise me to install a surge protector on my furnace. I discovered this after a $49 service call as the unit wouldn't turn on. I called Luis. He is prompt, courteous and insightful. Additionally, he advised me that my return was for a 3 ton unit even though I had a 4 ton unit. 2 days later the crew installed a new Trane unit. The crew was prompt, efficient and personable. They left the area clean! I highly recommend them!

Excellent communication. Timely arrival for estimate, AC line set check, and installation. Does very nice work for a reasonable price. Luis is easy to get along with, knows his stuff, and cleans up when he is done. It doesn't get any better than that.
