Everyone i dealt with was friendly and professional. Recommendations and options were explained in detail with no undue pressure to increase initial scope. Job went well and to schedule. Workers thoroughly cleaned up after job, which was not an easy task considering attic is full of blown-in insulation. Very happy with results.

Shawn was able to inspect my non-functioning AC unit on the same day that I contacted Air Patrol. He diagnosed the problem and gave me options to replace the condenser or install a new AC unit. Based on the age of the AC unit, I elected to replace it and it's corresponding elements. Three days later, the work crew arrived on time, replaced the units, restrapped the HVAC unit in my attic, sealed the junctions leading to the vents, and cleaned the area. They also scheduled the town's building inspector for verification that it met code. Service was prompt, courteous, and complete.

Perfect. I called Air Patrol and asked about the cost for replacing the dual capacitor in a 5 ton 13 seer unit. These capacitors are sold for about $50 each on the Internet [*** Link removed ***] I am offered a reasonable capacitor price, labor rate and perfect service.

Air Patrol has been servicing my unit since I purchased it from them in 2006, I have been very happy with their products and services and have recommended them to family and friends. They are always prompt, responsive and professional, when my A/C went out last week on Friday at 10pm, Shawn was at my house and had it fixed by 1230p on Saturday. Not only was he prompt, he was early and made sure to call me and ask if that was okay! I really appreciate Air Patrol and plan on continuing our business relationship in the future!

Shawn is the most honest and forthright A/C person I have ever dealt with. He will do what ever it takes to satisfy his customers. He stands behind his work 110%. They were the ones that originally installed the system. They came two times, the first time they purged the drain line saying that was the problem. I noticed that the pan under the unit was filling with water again, I call them and they came a second time and told me that the unit was low on freon and probably have a leak (This was on a Saturday afternoon). The Tech told me that they will be back on Monday between 7:30 and 8 to fix the problem. I stay home and waited until 10 AM when I called the office they told me that I was scheduled for between 1 pm and 5 pm. I explained to them what time I was told and they told me, sorry but it was a mistake. Around 4:00 PM I get a text and they tell me that they were on their way and will arrive around 4:30, but that their leak detector was not working and that they can only fill the unit up with freon and send people tomorrow to find the leak. I told them thanks but I will find another company. Very unprofessional, lost a whole day from work.

Mo was very helpful and knowledgeable, made minor repair and told me what needed to be done. He is having manager call me with estimate.

The work was started earlier than initially scheduled which was great! The work was completed as promised by a very competent, knowledgeable & professional team of installers. We got 4 different bids, 3 were very close in the dollar amount but not all of those were willing to complete all aspects of our desires. Shawn with Air Patrol Air Conditioning listened to our concerns, provided his recommendations with detailed explanations & was willing to work over the most detailed quote we had every seen, we came to an agreement & the contract was signed. I have used Air Patrol multiple times, for service, and for replacement of units. They are stand up guys , do excellent work at very reasonable price and the most important thing is I can trust what they say. I have replaced units in 2 different houses over the last 10 years with them, and both the jobs were done with excellence.

Shawn and his team were very professional in the entire process and the most reasonably priced. Starting with Shawn's very detailed bid so there was so mis-understanding of the exact work to be completed and no extra costs. The other very important part is that Shawn runs his own crew. He was here consistently to ensure everything was going satisfactory.

The company we have used for 20 years determined that the unit was leaking freon. They provided us with an estimate to fix the issue, but in the meantime I called Air Patrol for a second opinion, The owner, Shawn Gazor, arrived at my house within 30-45 minutes of my call, which was very impressive. He did a quick check of the unit and then sat at the table with me for at least 45 minutes explaining things in very easy to understand terms. It was so refreshing to have someone spend the time and use language that a non-HVAC person could understand. Our unit was still using the r22 freon, which is being phased out and is therefore very expensive to replace. We discussed repair vs. replacement, and I did not feel Shawn was trying to push replacement on me at all. I asked him to provide me with a quote to replace the unit and by later that day I received a detailed proposal, which included three different options, a brochure on the two different thermostats he had included in the estimates as well as information on the units themselves and product ratings sheets comparing the two brands of systems he had quoted. The quotes were very detailed and easy to understand. In the meantime, I reached out to the company we have used for 20+ years and asked them to provide me with a proposal for the unit we were considering. They were not able to get any where close on price, so after much consideration and many more calls to Shawn to answer several questions, we opted to use Air Patrol and replace our whole system. Since Air Patrol is a smaller company we had to wait 5 days for installation, which was the only drawback. The men that did the installation did an excellent job and left the area very clean. The unit has been working great ever since. FYI - They installed a Lennox Elite XC20-060 5 Ton 20 SEER Variable Capacity A/C, Lennox Signature Variable speed 2 stage 4 Ton drive gas furnace, a Lennox high efficiency coil and a Lennox S30 touchscreen Programmable Digital thermostat with WIFI connectivity and dehumidification control. On another note, a couple of weeks after the installation one of our other units was not cooling, so I called Shawn on his cell phone. The next day he stopped by to check it out and determined it was slightly low on freon. He added some free of charge. We were so happy with and impressed by the service and attention we received from Shawn that we recommended them to a neighbor, and they have also used Air Patrol to replace two of their own units. I have now cancelled my bi-annual service with the company we have used for so long and will be using Air Patrol for all future tune ups and replacement of the other units when they fail. I would highly recommend Air Patrol if you want that personal touch that you do not get from the larger HVAC companies.

We are new to the Keller, TX area and after buying a home we found one of our air conditioners was on the brink of collapse. With summer upon us, we were quite frantic as a new air conditioner was an added investment we didn't expect. Finding a reputable company to do the work was more challenging than we realized. Of course, the tech was more than friendly and professional but we were still hesitant to drop the money a new air conditioner would require. Then the tech offered a free "more in-depth" review from one of their specialist and we agreed. That was when we met Shawn, the owner who happened to also be a fellow resident in our neighborhood. And no one could be more neighborly. He was so efficient, kind, understood the amount of money we had just spent, and went over our options with us. With money being so tight, we still wanted to think such a large purchase over and Shawn was gracious in giving us the space we needed. After he left, we did more research on his company and others to be sure of our decision. We were confident in Shawn but it was after reading the reviews on Angie's list again, it was Shawn's response to those reviews that solidified our decision. Even the most critical of customers Air Patrol serviced received a dignified response from Shawn personally, while their were other companies who were not so kind to the critique of their services. It was easy after that and the work Shawn and his crew did was amazing and professional as well as quick. We LOVE our new Lennox system. It will save us mega dollars in efficiency and it is top of the line, passing city inspection without a hitch. We are grateful for Shawn's understanding and his top-notch quality equipment and crew. We are also grateful we have someone like him who lives in our neighborhood.

Bid out to five separate companies...Air Patrol was the second highest. What won me over was their stellar service and commitment to educating me on the options available...the actual installation went extremely smoothly and covered items that I didn't even consider (e.g., a cowling on the outside of the house to help cover both the wiring to an upstairs unit as well as help seal off the hole in the wall to prevent possible pest intrusion). They also followed up on high efficiency credits in a way that other contractors did not. Highly recommended.

We used Air Patrol AC when we replaced our downstairs unit 8 years ago. We purchased high SEER level Carrier units both times. We have a 2,500 sq. ft. home. Our monthly electric and gas bills are quite low comparing from past years. Sean Gazor, owner, was able to get us rebates from both Carrier and Oncor, our electric delivery company in Frisco. They were prompt, courteous and completed the job efficiently

They are listed on Angie's List, that's where I got the name. Their price was right in the ball park. They respected my input in the installation. They had three guys working and I don't know if they finished in one day working or they came back the next day. I think it did take them more than one day, but they redid everything in my attic so it was a complete job. They cleaned it up very well and the people I came in contact with were very good.
