Description of Work: We needed a new heat pump and found Air Patrol was very thorough in their evaluation and recommendations. The crew was tidy and did a great job in correcting the conditions which led to the failure of the existing system. We dealt with the owner, Shawn, and found him to be a man of integrity. We will definitely us Air Patrol when our second unit needs replacement.

Description of Work: Air Patrol offered to give me a free second opinion of my furnaces. He found nothing wrong when a competitor told me both units had to be replaced. They were honest, fair, and punctual. I have signed up for their yearly maintenance program and will be using them for my future needs.

Description of Work: Nothing. I requested service online, Shawn responded quickly offering an appointment time for the same week. He inquired about the nature of the service and then once he found out that I need a system check on a sold property, he suddenly didn't have ANY availability. Very poor business practice. I own multiple lease homes and a personal home with 3 units. I have been looking for a new HVAC company for all my business. It won't be this one!

Description of Work: Shawn assessed our HVAC as a second opinion. We had been told it needed to be replaced but the other company didn't provide much other info. Shawn explained the entire system, each issue and its impact and gave us options on how we could proceed and what the cost of each was. He understood our situation and helped us choose the best option for us. He was never pushy or trying to "upsell" us. I really appreciated the time he took to make sure we understood the issues as well as providing a number of options. We chose toreplace our indoor AC unit and furnace and he refueled our current AC free of charge so that we'd have cool air until the date of replacement. The repair was expensive, but not more so than other companies using higher end parts and equiptment. As a homeowner, just know it will take investments in your home to keep it the most efficient and comfortable in the long run.

Description of Work: Evaluated my AC and determined it was the condenser fan motor. Price was okay, but he couldn't get the fan blade off and would have to order the blade. I ended up finding a parts place that had the motor and replacement fan blade and I replaced the parts myself.

Description of Work: After using multiple companies I found a found this one that will work on an H VAC air-conditioning unit that I had installed Previously by a different company That failed. They came out and redo the the system and it still works perfectly till This day. I am very happy with that work.

And VERY fairly priced compared to the other quotes I've been given for identical systems. Highly recommend!
