I had two separate technicians from different companies that Air Patrol contracted out. They were very good. It is very hard to find someone who can install them and maintain them. They are good at being there when they say they will.

I've had them out several times. They usually arrive pretty close to the time they say they will be there. I've been pleased with their work. They do a good job and have been very helpful. Put down cover clothes and cleaned everything up. Their prices seem reasonable when I've compared them. Also certified for Carrier warranty repair work. They have been willing to come out late to check it out and get the process started (order parts and the like). That is a big help when the A/C is out and the temperature is in the 90s. I forget to mention my Angie's discount, but they gave me no trouble when I asked for it when it was time to settle up.

Shawn, the owner, was great to work with. His crew did a very professional job installing the units. If there are any problems, regarding the installation, they are willing to come out and service the unit at no charge. The unit works well. I am very pleased.

The installers showed up on time and, though the installation took several hours, were thoroughly competent.

It went very well. They told me it would take them about two days and they were done more quickly than that. They did a very clean, very professional job. Their quote was the best one that I had; I had gotten quotes from four other places. The people that did the work were very courteous and very professional.

The guy that came out was very knowledgeable. I chose an equally knowledgeable guy with a better price.

Tony was on time, very personable and explained everything clearly. He took the time to make sure that I understood what the different systems entailed and explained exactly what work would be done. The estimated cost was very close to that of the other company we decided to go with and the only difference was that the other company was able to add attic insulation as well. We spoke on the phone a few times after that since I had questions and he always took the time to explain things well. I found Tony to have great pride in his company and in his work ethic and would have been very comfortable having the work done by him.

We had several different estimates and Air Patrol gave us the best price with the most comprehensive unit. The price was less than what anybody else quoted us. We got good equipment too. It was excellent. We were really happy with the experience.

They did an outstanding job for us and the owner even came out twice and gave us a free upgrade. They were very clean, personable and professional. They were on top of everything. I would highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with Air Patrol as they were friendly and on time. They do great work! My problem was rather tricky but they were able to get it fixed.
