The folks at Air Patrol did a great job with our recent home HVAC replacement. Shawn, the owner, personally came to the house and gave us several options, explained the features of each unit and helped us make the right choice for us. The install was scheduled promptly and the office verified the appointment and completed a COVID-19 assessment the day before. On installation day, the team (Ramon, Yorman and Francisco) arrived on time and completed the work the same day. They respected our house, using both shoe covers and floor covers during the install. After completion, the team gave us a guided tour of the install and a demonstration of the thermostat set up along with all documentation, including approved city permit. This is the 3rd installation Air Patrol has done for us and we continue to be very satisfied.

Ramon, Yorman, and Francisco did a wonderful job and professional. On time, done earlier than I expected, reviewed and showed me the new inside unit and outside unit. All working great!

I've used Air Patrol for 10 years now. They always do a great job. Over the years I've used them for repair, replacement, and maintenance at 2 homes. Today, Beto did biannual maintenance on my HVAC, checking and cleaning both the inside and outside units. He did a great job. He noticed some rust beginning to form on my drain pan and added a sealant to prolong its life. Very personable. He even put down a drop cloth before opening my attic access to catch any "attic trash." Highly recommend this company.

The Air Patrol team did a wonderful job replacing my AC. THey did not try to oversell and made ensure i understood my options to make an informed decision. The installation was completed in a day and they sent over a reminder to make sure they complete city inspection in time on their own. Would definitely recommend using them.

Excellent company I ever met. I had the problems with my fireplace and did not know what to do because it was my first home. But Shawn go over on the phone and teach me how to turn the fireplace on. He was so kind and nicely explain the each step to understand easily. Thank you again and I will definitely hire him with other job.

The job went very well. The City inspector even commented that they had done a very good job. Everyone involved was professional. I liked the fact that all employees work for Air Patrol vs. using subcontractors which many HVAC companies do. We had some minor issues that were resolve within 24 hours. They were not the least expensive bid I received but I liked the company, the people and that they had there own employees.

I am on Air Patrol's Maintenance Plan and it is worth every penny. Our technician, Victor, spent at least 2 hours working to tune up and ensure that both our ac units were ready for the rest of the summer. One of our units is very old and the other is a smaller unit that was replaced by this company for us last year. Love that they will tell you what you need and give you options without trying to sell, sell, sell. I have used companies in the past that used their maintenance plan to basically come in and do very little work but spend most of the time selling you all types of things that weren't needed. Ughhhhh. Air patrol technicians have always been courteous and they work so very hard the entire time they are at my home.

After extensive search and 8 quotes from local companies providing HVAC services, we decided to employ Air Patrol A/C & Heating to replace our failed HVAC unit, The installation team was professional, the Product is as expected of high quality, the price was right and the new system is operating without issue and can actually cool 5 degrees below what our other system could over a given period of time. Shawn is very professional and easy to work with. We will continue to use Air Patrol for our yearly systems inspections and look forward to having our secondary HVAC system replaced by them in the future.

In my home I have 2 HVAC systems that needed to be fully replaced. I, of course, had 6 different companies out to compare prices and services. After all of that I have learned alot about HVAC systems, functionality, parts, etc. I was quoted $14k-$11,600. Shawn, the owner, sent someone the same day to come have a look. I still had many others showing up the next day and none of the companies could beat what Shawn was offering as far as equipment, financing options, price, and time to come in asap to begin this 2 day project. Shawn's employees showed up earlier than expected and began work immediately. The first day, they must've spent 11 hours and took maybe a 30 min lunch break. They were quiet, efficient, and professional. The 2nd day they showed up early again. They worked until the project was complete. They didn't even take a lunch break that day. I've had my units for almost 2 weeks now. Coldest air ever. Also, I was waiting to write a review because I wanted to give some time to see if anything would malfunction. Yesterday, I noticed my downstairs unit wasn't kicking on. I texted Shawn and he was immediate to call me and help guide me on what could be the error. Still nothing. Shawn offered to come over right away. It was near 6pm and told him it could wait til tomorrow since it wasn't dire. He showed up the very next morning, early. Turns out there was just something that needed to be 'disabled' instead of 'enabled' on some user preferences on our new touch screen thermostat. I am always weary about things and expenses like this. But, this company really goes up and beyond to ensure you are a satisfied customer. Thank you Shawn and Air Patrol. I highly recommend them ♡

Very good. Over the past 13 years I have had them out to replace both Indoor and outdoor ac units for upstairs and downstairs and now both furnaces. They have done an excellent job each time and their prices are very reasonable.

Diagnosed problem which was in the air handler and fixed.

Been doing business with Air Patrol for almost 6 years now and I always have them come out and do semiannual maintenance on our heat pump. During the maintenance check, the technician discovered that our capacitor was going bad. Since we're under a maintenance agreement, the cost was zero. Over the years, Shawn and his technicians have always gone over and above when it comes to service and taking care of our heating and cooling unit. It's nice to find a company that you can trust and always rely on.

Shawn and his team are the best HVAC company I have ever dealt with. They are very professional and always on time. The prices they charge are very reasonable. The men do quality work and are very friendly and answer all my questions. They don't even mind if I watch them do the work. If I'm not happy with something they've done they will make it right. TT Roya she scheduled the appointment and was very nice. Shawn and Bo came out and arrived withing the time frame given. They very nice & professional. They figured out the problem fairly quick and heater is repaired. It needed a capacitor. Also recommended change the filter;
