Very good. Needed the freon level increased on one of the systems. Was originally filled on a cold day. They were able to send someone out after hours at no cost. The owner gave me his phone number in case I had any more issues. Very good service.

This was our fifth year to use Air Patrol for our HVAC maintenance. We have them come out each spring and fall to perform the maintenance on the Heating or A/C system. They check the system and ensure it is still running properly and any issues are caught before they become bigger ones. So far they have not noticed any issues with our system and it has worked flawlessly through the past few summers and winters. We would recommend them as they are not trying to upsell you on unnecessary services you don't need. Also, we deal with same HVAC tech each time so the don't seem to experience much employee turnover.

Woke up one morning to damp warm air on second floor. Upon owner inspection, found HVAC coil frozen solid with ice. Todd asked for coil de-icing time before he arrived, arrived on time, did the original leak detection and system charging. Worked with Shawn to order and schedule installation of replacement coil. System was slightly over-charged, had to be re-adjusted in a follow-up visit.

Not the cheapest, but the best service and professionalism. We will use them again, as needed.

Our home has five 4 Ton air-conditioning units. They serviced them all after we bought the house, and only one of them needed major work (house had been empty for 1.5 years). They could have told us more needed to be done, but didn't. So, in my book that makes them great! Wish the prices could have been a little better... But given that they didn't soak us when they could have, probably worth paying a little more for good work, and not getting cheated. Would definitely recommend them.

The company was amazing by fitting me in during an extremely busy time. The technician arrived on time and he was very polite and professional. The service was quick and the price was definitely fair. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

The service tech replaced the thermostat with an easy to use one (at my request-not good with gadgets). He took the time to explain how the thermostat worked, showed me how to set it, then had me try it. The company was fully booked when I called but somehow they made time to help me. I had bought a coupon from Angie's list for a diagnostic service call and it was well worth it. I will definitely call this company again for any future services, even without a coupon.

From the initial call and estimate through the installation everything was was done exactly as specified with respect to time, materials, and cost. The new A/C system is a vast improvement over the old one and the entire experience was exceptional. I have used AirPatrol before and will continue to recommend and use them going forward.

I called after hours on a Saturday and got the answering service. Shawn, the owner, promptly returned my call. Luckily, Shawn was in my area and was able to be at our house within 15 minutes. It doesn't get any better than that but I credit that to dumb luck. Shawn was personable and able to quickly diagnose our problem. He explained the problem in plain English that I could understand. Instead of the usual A/C repair jargon ("might have to repair this unit in a few years"), he was just the opposite and pointed out that we had excellent units. The problem was caused by owner error from not replacing our air filters. He didn't even push a maintenance contract on me. I was the one that asked him about that service. Shawn was in and out in 15 minutes, but he seemed very trustworthy and interested in building a long-term relationship with his customers. I needed to find a maintenance service and Shawn earned this business from his overall approach to his business. I would recommend doing business with them. The Angie's List Reviews were spot on.

These guys are amazing! Every time we have used them, they have not disappointed us. They are professional, punctual, and honest. They even came quickly on a Saturday evening in July when our A/C broke. You will never regret using Air Patrol.

Shawn (owner) provided a detailed proposal for replacing our old A/C system, which had been giving us trouble. He seemed very knowledgeable and honest. He also suggested that some leaks in our ductwork be fixed, which we agreed to have them do. On installation day, his crew was on time, professional, and polite. They cleaned everything up before they left. Shawn came during the day to check on things and tell me what to expect next. A technician also came to help with the installation and set up of the new WiFi thermostat. For no charge, the crew also fixed a furnace pipe that was incorrectly sloped. After the job was done and inspected by the city inspector, Shawn came out to check the job. With the new system and no more leaks in the ductwork, we noticed a difference in our house right away. We were impressed by Shawn and his team. We signed up for a service contract, where they come in the fall and spring to check our HVAC system.

It went great. He came out and everything went smooth. We've already had a great experience with him.

Found problem I have been having. Needed plumbing service. On time service and very professional.

The air patrol technician incorrectly assessed our situation. He said 1. our electrical wiring was all wrong and not to code because our breaker for the heater was also wired to the kitchen range, 2. our HVAC unit overflow condensation drain pipe was not present and 3. We had a severe mold issue in our attic as a result. Thank goodness, he did correctly assess the issue to a burnt out electrical box next to the heater. To see if he was right about the other two issues we received a second and third opinion from both an electrician and their competitor heating company and 1. The heater unit has it's own breaker which is to code and 2) There may or may not be a little mold around the unit, it would have to be tested by a different company. It also could just be some dirt and 3) the drainage to the side of the house from the HVAC overflow was just fine! I don't recommend these guys to look at your heating or cooling system. We also were told we had to replace our heater soon (in 2 years or so). I know that it is from 2002, but, I don't think it needs to be replaced just yet. They were a little pushy.

They replaced the inside and outside unit. some of the reviews I saw online were very thorough and they gave me multiple options to choose what I wanted to do. They also followed up afterwards to make sure everything was operating effectively and just if anything was needed a couple of weeks after the installation.

It worked out fine. The workers were fast, courteous and did what they were supposed to do. The price was fine. The quality was fine, too. They were here when they told me they're gonna be here. He was professional.

Very professional, very satisfied. Shawn did an analysis of the problem and convinced me we needed to replace a very old system sooner rather than later. Friendly, knowledgeable workers completed on time. Shawn came back out and explained all.

We are happy with them. They told me these new units and would be quieter but they aren't. There were three people here doing the work and the installation was excellent. I was dealing with Sean and he brought the right workers at the right time.
