It was not a good experience. The issue wasn't fixed. I had several calls with them just to get them to respond to a price call they committed to provide on the same day and they didn't do for more than a week. They said I have a problem with the gas log. I asked them how much it was going to be to fix it and he said he doesn't know and his manager will call me in the evening for the price quote. The manager didn't call me for a price quote. I called them the day after to see what's going on. They said the manager wasn't there so I didn't get a price quote. They promised to call me by the end of the day but he never called me again. After 2 days, I called one more time to get the price for the valve. The manager wasn't there. They promised to call and they did call. Eventually I decided not to go with them. I found out later on they left the valve totally disconnected. There was no issue with the scheduling.

I'm very pleased with Shawn and his work. He's extremely knowledgeable, friendly and detailed oriented. He obviously cares about his work and your home. I'm doing a complete remodel on a old home that used to be own by a bunch of cheap people who did nothing right. The old ducts were hidden and covered by ugly dropped ceilings and were all over the place when we ripped down the ceiling. Since my remodeling vision isn't set in stone, he was thoughtful to allow some flexibility in the placement of the smaller vents for when I complete the walls of my home. Shawn helped my vision come true by placing ducts neatly on the sides of the home that not only made it look better, but it also increased the circulation of air in each room much better. The main intake used to be in the small laundry room that created a vacuum if the door was shut, but he moved it outside so now the intake can grab fresh open air. Imagine if I was doing laundry and the intake was grabbing laundry air? Not only would my dryer not dry my clothes properly, but the whole house will smell like laundry. If you have the mentality of a homeowner who likes to get things done right the first time then I would highly recommend Air Patrol. Don't be cheap and go with the lowest price. I could have gone with a cheaper company, but they wouldn't have helped me think of the details or cared about the interior design of my home that can potentially save you a lot more money in the future. The weather might be good now, but when the summer comes and its super hot or when its super cold in the winter, the main lofted area of my home would have been miserable to live in if the air is not done right.

He arrived on time. He explained many things about out system that I didn't know. He was helpful about explaining what needed to be repaired and how to do maintenance.

The technician diagnosed one fireplace to have a broken gas line. He said I would need to hire a plumber to repair the line. I did hire a plumber who found that the gas line was fine; all that was necessary was to purchase a longer key to turn on the gas.

We were so pleased with Air Patrol. The scheduling was fast and easy. The tech came on time, he was very polite and knowledgeable. Our upstairs system wasn't cooling at all. One quick rinse of the outdoor unit and it was all working again. He made sure to inspect both the attic unit and the outdoor unit to ensure everything was in proper working order and there weren't any problems. He gave us some tips on how to keep the unit working properly. We appreciated his timelines and his thoroughness and we will definitely use Air Patrol again.

Air Patrol replaced one HVAC unit in June/July. Their bid was very competitive with other contractors, and they performed the installation with total professionalism. They answered all questions, and even addressed a few other minor items that were not in the original scope of their work. I had them come back out in August/September to perform a partial replacement of another smaller unit. They provided pros/cons of partial replacement and full replacement given the demands on that particular system, and Shawn did not push the more expensive option. The installers were once again very professional. Their bid was very competitive with another I received. I have been very pleased with the work of Air Patrol and would recommend them to any of my friends.

Shawn is very knowledgeable when it comes to mini split system and residential A/C systems. He identified a few problems in my residential system that had been overlooked since the day it was installed (8 years ago). And despite having had 4 other A/C companies in the area work on it (throughout the years) for regular maintenance, not one of them identified the problem. His team has been with him over 10 years. Everyone is very polite, professional, and treats your place as their own (with respect). I was tired of calling other A/C companies only to have a different person show up each and everytime which required me to explain the situation to them everytime! With Shawn, this won't happen! He's onsite before and during the installation. Plus, his team will be the same guys you call the next time you need something repaired. He has won me over as a customer for life!!!!! I appreciate all he has done and all of the additional information he provided to me so I could make the best informed decision. Saving me time and money! Look not further, just call Shawn!!!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I had an appointment with another HVAC company to diagnose my AC issue. The technician informed me that I had a faulty furnace control board. That technician would not install the new control board that I had in my possession due to incapability and "liability" issues. Instead they quoted approximately $600 for a new board with installation. I initially agreed until the technician returned with the exact same board I had new in the box so I chose not to have the work performed. So back to Angie's List. I had used Air Patrol 4yrs ago when I purchased my AC unit and was very impressed with their service, however, when my AC went out recently, I could not recall the name of the company or I would have called them first. In my search for another HVAC recommendation, I found my old review for Air Patrol and I called them straight away. I explained that I had a new control board and I asked if they would install it. Air Patrol had no issues, quoted a price and made an appointment with me that week. Dan arrived on time and went straight to work. He had my AC up and running in about 30min. He was very pleasant and he left things neat and tidy. The pricing was fair and he didn't pressure an up sell. From now on, I will only call Air Patrol for my heating and cooling needs. I always feel well informed about my options with fair pricing. Thank you Air Patrol.

Got three quotes for the top rated brands (Lennox, Carrier, Trane/American Standard) - Air Patrol came in with the best price, and even offered to bring in portable AC units to cool the house until they could replace our failed outside unit. New unit is a huge improvement over our 25 year old, failed one. Cools much better, and is so quiet you can't even hear it run standing 15 feet away from it.

Guys arrived in the morning, worked all day to remove the old unit and install a new one. Very polite, left the place cleaner than they found it!

This is the second time I used Shawn and Air Patrol. They had replaced the whole AC unit in my prior house. This time I had a serious air flow issue, there were limited returns in the house, the office was like a wind tunnel and some of the bedrooms very warm. Shawn did a great job with the ductwork , was on top of his crew, had good suggestions with regards to some issues faced when running the new returns, overall I feel did a great job, I would hire him again easily. He doesn't come off as salesy and doesn't try to shove a ton "new unit solves all your issues" down your throat like I have experienced with some others.

Perfect. Expertise advice on how to fix our HVAC issues. Did exactly what they said they would do - on time, on budget, clean and courteous. Everything runs beautifully. A very expensive home repair - but we don't regret it. It's100 degrees outside, but we're cool inside, it's quiet and at the air flow is soft. What could be better. Thank-you Air Patrol!

He was timely and efficient, no unnecessary work was performed, and he kept me updated on what was going on.

I called the company in the morning and they came out to fix the problem the same afternoon. They had given a 1 hour arrival window and they were prompt. The 2nd floor unit had quit cooling. They diagnosed the problem. A capacitor on the outside condenser/compressor unit had to be replaced. The unit is 25 years old. The owner of the company, Shawn Gazor, was the one who did the service. He said he takes care of his regular customers if his technicians are too busy. I had Air Patrol replace my 1st floor HVAC unit several years ago and they continue to be my go-to provider.

I contacted Air Patrol after I got a ridiculous quote from another company. The difference was almost $1000. Even though my appointment was three weeks out from the day I contacted, they put me on an earlier day as a slot opened up. They showed up on time. Took care of the AC. Very happy with Air Patrol's service. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

It went great. Technician was very professional and prompt. He used booties over his shoes when he was in the house, which was very much appreciated since it was wet and muddy outside. He serviced our air conditioning units and provided feedback on the condition of them. We have used Air Patrol for several years now and have been very pleased with the excellent work they do. They are prompt and will work with us to help us out even if it is the weekend or holiday. I am very satisfied with this company and have referred them to several of our friends.

Air Patrol removed my old system, relocated return vents to improve efficiency, installed good quality replacement equipment and even replaced some duct work that was not included in the contract. Their professional installation was completed in one day at a very reasonable price.

This installation went off without a hitch. They got all the permits and the inspectors came at the proper times and were pleased with the results. The cleanup was great and there was minimal disruption in the house. I have waited a year to report that the system is way better than what we had and operates almost without any noise. There have been no problems with the HVAC equipment.

A/C unit was making alot of noise, made service call and was completed within week of call. Advised of options and within couple of days made appt. to complete replacement. Overall, satisfaction. If I had 1 complaint, wish service payment could've been deducted from replacement fee.
