Description of Work: The person came within the 2-4 pm time slot that was given; Air Force One called as they said they would before he came. He made sure what system he was to look at... diagnosed the problem and fixed it - it was related to the way the filter was put in... minor but substantial enough. In and out in 30 minutes.

Description of Work: One of my two air conditioning units didn't seem to be cooling as well as it should. Ricky checked it all out -- it took him nearly two hours to find the problem -- and eventually found that the problem was in the attic where a duct had separated and was losing much of the cool air into the attic. He fixed it quickly and was on his way. He was punctual, friendly, hard working, and quite competent. I felt the price was quite fair. He even showed me a photo of the problem needing repair. Also, they were able to book me within a few hours of my calling them, which I really appreciated, since I'd already had another company out that morning that didn't do the job -- guy didn't want to climb up on the roof where the units were!

Description of Work: Evaluate and repair two A/C units. One unit was repaired and the other replaced. It took 5 days to schedule the replacement. That may be average here in the summer, but it was a hot week without A/C. After a week with the new unit it was not cooling well so I called for someone to look at it. They promptly sent someone out. He spent several hours tweeking the system. It was still 82 to 84 degrees in the master bedroom. Finally I went to the attic with a buddy and we found that one of the main trunks of ductwork was disconnected. We repaired it ourselves with aluminum tape and wihtin hours the temperature was down. I felt that they should have checked that on either or both of the times they were here.
