They did a great job and very satisfied.

Very prompt, very nice and very knowledgeable.

They looked over the unit and gave me a solution, but I don't think they did enough research into the problem. I felt like they could have suggested more than one option.

Job 1: The tech did a great job. He was very thorough & meticulous, followed a troubleshooting sequence. He didn t have a breaker, but said he could get 1 from his co. for $200. I elected to purchase a breaker myself, from Home Depot, for abt $12. The tech had to leave to go to other calls, so I installed the breaker myself, & the A/C works again. I wanted the tech to finish the system diagnosis by doing a complete check of the A/C, but I was told that for the tech to come back, I would ve to pay for another service call. I m happy with the work of the tech, but I m not happy that, because there was no power to the A/C, the tech was unable to check everything the first time, & I will have to pay more to have it done. Job 2: This was the 2nd time I ve used Air Force One, & I ve been happy each time. Rick was the tech who performed the service call both times. I think he is very talented, thorough & an excellent tech. I ll probably give them the job of installing the dampers in my ducts.

We saw the technician, Rick, two days in a row and on both occasions he was friendly and professional. By coincidence he was out the day before this repair on a basic system checkup and the next day (Saturday) the condensation drain backed water into the overflow pan under the unit in our attic. Also the drain pipe for the pan was not terminated to the outside properly but on the eaves of our patio instead (which is where we saw the leak) He discovered and repaired both problems quickly. I even called at 1 PM on Saturday and they were able to get them out the same day even though he was running behind and didn't arrive until after 7 PM (my time was from 3 to 5 PM). Good service at a reasonable price.

The service people were very nice and attentive on the phone and in person. The first service person at the house was very thorough, arrived quickly, but no solution occured. The second service person arrived the next day and pretty much just put in two more pounds of freon and said leaks were really hard to find. My unit is only six years old! I felt like it was too much trouble for them to actually fix my A/C instead of just adding freon. I hope it holds for the summer. It is 106 degree today. Chester, on the phone, was more helpful than anyone in helping me determine what to do and what the problem might be. Their customer service is great, but I still feel like my A/C is not where it should be.

The technician was punctual, courteous, and explained what he had done as part of an annual checkup of the air conditioning system. I was pleased with their service and will use them again.

The service man was on time, was polite, answered all my questions, and performed the work to my satisfaction.

Unfortunately the experience with this vendor did not go very well. The technician arrived and did the inspection accompanied by one of the owners of the house. On questioning, the technician explained the issues involved, and said that the work would not be that difficult or costly. The next day, I received an estimate with options on it, which was fine. However, the options involved much more work than what had been explained on the previous day. Also, the estimate/options referred to pictures of the attic -- which according to other owner of house (who accompanied technician whole time) were never taken. I requested an explanation of the problem, and the pictures of the attic unit. The explanation did not match what the technician that had come to the house had said. I was then sent 9 pictures-a different attic than the one in my house. I sent reply asking if a mistake had been made since this was not my attic. That was 2 weeks ago-no reply. I will not do business with them again.

Technician found a leak, repaired it, said he pulled a vacuum (to check for other leaks), found none and charged the compressor with 5 lbs. of Freon. 24-48 hours later, just about all the Freon had leaked out. I hired another company to come out and they found two additional leaks in the line-set. The technician from Air Force One had missed them (even though one of them was significant) causing the 5 lbs. of Freon to go to waste (which is not cheap). This was a elementary mistake that a technician with more experience would not have made. In all fairness, Air Force One did refund my money, but only after several phone calls (I pratically had to learn the air conditioning business to get them to accept responsibility).

The technician arrived when they said they would. He put protective booties over his shoes to protect my carpet. He was very friendly, and listened to my concerns about my system. He check to see if I needed freon (which I didn't). He also checked my system over outside, and inside, for any freon leaks. He oiled the fan motor on the compressor outside, and checked the coils and made some adjustments to the fan inside the house. This gentleman was very knowledgeable, and told me that he had taken pictures of my unit, and wrote down the model and serial numbers, so if I ever needed any parts or repairs, they would have all of that on-file, so they could order whatever I needed without having to come out. Now, that's efficiency. I'll definitely use this company again.

The company was extremely responsive. I was very impressed that they were able to send someone out on the same day! The technician was polite, fast, and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again!

The technician first thought the transformer was bad and replaced it. This didn't fix the problem so he said someone else would come back in the next couple of days to finish the job. It took several phone calls, but the same technician came back about a week later and discovered a short in the heating coils. He replaced those and it worked. They tested the transformer, replaced, and said that it was good; so on the second visit he credited me for it. I was impressed with their honesty because it would've been easy just to say it was bad and charge me for both.

They were able to provide same day service in June, which is remarkable. I was quoted the standard diagnostic charge at the time the appointment was set, and they even got to us several hours ahead of their original appointment.

The technician arrived as scheduled, and performed a thorough checkup of all three A/C units outside my home, and the A/C/Heating units inside. I live on the outskirts of a fairly new and affluent neighborhood (I stress outskirts), and always seem to be the target of extra services and fees from contractors that assume I will not notice or know the difference. Over the past seven years, previous A/C contractors, including the company that installed all units when the house was built in 1999, have specified various components that should be replaced, and the units always seemed to need Freon added. Curiously, components which were not replaced one spring seemed to be OK when checked the year, sometimes by the same contractor. All of my systems checked out OK, with no components or Freon needed. The tech did need to "Balance the Freon", but this was included in the checkup. I am very happy with the service received. Lee Swinford, Frisco TX.

It was great! They were on time. They again were wearing little booties so they didn't make a mess. It took them longer to get the work done than I think they'd planned, but it was still exactly what they had estimated the cost to be. No surprises and no disappointments. And, since they've done the work, our house is much cooler and the AC doesn't run all the time, so it looks like their initial evaluation was accurate.

After spending a long, hot holiday weekend without AC, we were prepared for another estimate to replace our central air and heat. Mr. Sides was honest, knowledgeable, and thorough. He correctly diagnosed the problem and repaired the unit immediately. Had we called him first, we would not have needed to spend Memorial Day weekend without AC. We certainly will use them again!

They came on a Saturday and didn't charge me extra. They did a great job.

Initially seemed polite and efficient on the phone. Service tech was a little late, but that was still OK. We told him we wanted reliable service and that the master bedroom and bath never got good air flow. He checked the system and said he would email back a quote for installing new dampers and also other things they could do. This was on 3-17-06. We waited. Never heard back so we called on 3-30-06 and asked what was up. Woman on phone said they couldn't read the tech's paperwork! Said she would get right back with us. Waited until 4-4-06, and we called them again. This time the excuse was that the repair tech was hurt. We now got mad and asked for a refund on the rest of the service deal, since they obviously did not need our business. She said they could do that and would get back to us. Again, we were the ones to call back the next day to verify. They said they were refunding 60.00 and they did. They totally did not care about losing us as potential customers.

Showed up on time, performed the work, and charged a few hundred less than the initial phone quote. Provided advice for a couple of questions I had. Very pleasant. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

On time, professional, and the price was reasonable.

Before they arrived the heater went out. Air Force One was very helpful and took a lot of time telling us about our units. Come to find out on the heater, there just need to be an adjustment on the pilot light. There was no charge. We received an estimate on the units and Air Force One had some good suggestions for us.

They came within the time frame in which they promised. Danny was extremely polite, and I appreciated the fact that he slipped on booties before coming into the house. He took the time to explain the system and what went wrong. He also took the time to show me where the HVAC filter is located so I can finally change it! Finally, he presented a jar of homemade orange marmalade!

The owner, Danny showed up on time. He was courteous and professional. I was very pleased with the information he provided on the report. It was a well spent amount of money. We plan to sign up for their maintenance contract. And he gave us a jar of Mayhaw jam.
