He never called me back when he was suppose to do or any kind communication that there is to get back in touch with me.. He never showed up when he told me that he was suppose to be there.

Did not hear from provider until after I received refund from Angie's list - approx 2 weeks after I requested service

Arrived on time. Explained that "lock" didn't mean what you see but rather how many cylinders each "lock" had. I'll remember this in the future when buying any locksmith Big Deal. All locks were rekeyed and extra keys were made. quick and uncomplicated.

Provider contacted me and was on time. Had some issues with the locks being different types, but he took care of business and am saitsfied with the work that was done.

Repairman was on time and professional. He repaired three different locks that were not working correctly. His fee was reasonable for the work performed.

The provider emailed me within 1 day of me purchasing the service. I responded to the email and left a voice mail. After no response, I called a second time and scheduled an appointment for the following week. No one arrived at the scheduled time so I called the provider. He then arrived 30-45 minutes later. The provider assessed the lock, took photos, and said he would provide me with options for parts and repairs the next week. I heard nothing from the provider the following week, so I placed a call to him . He said he was still looking for the correct parts. That Friday he asked me to text him more photos of the lock. I sent the photos to the wrong number that afternoon but didn't realize it until the following day--MY FAULT. The provider responded to my text that he would contact me the following Monday to set up the repair. I did not hear from the provider on that Monday, nor did he respond to my text messages on Tuesday and Thursday. I attempted to telephone the provider that Thursday, but the call went to a voice mail box that was not set up to accept messages. Having yet to receive a response, I have contact another locksmith.

I bought a Big Deal to have up to 5 locks re-keyed plus 4 free keys. While, my appointment time was 4pm, Adi arrived at 5pm. I was then running late for my next appointment, so he worked double time and had all 4 locks changed in only 20 mins, not the 30 mins he originally estimated. Adi was very courteous and worked extremely efficiently. I would hire him again, just wouldn't schedule anything else quite so soon afterwards.

He was there exactly when he said he would be and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes. Very nice and professional. I will never use anyone else!

I called to schedule my lock change and Adi came right out--same morning as I called. Told him I had a 2 o'clock appointment and he was very prompt and efficient. He looked at my locks and then advised me to install a double bolt key lock on my glass-insert back door. He told me I could wait, but I wanted to get it done and increase our safety. He thought he had a lock but had to return to his shop to get one. He first arrived by 1130 am and was totally finished by 1245pm, even with a trip to get the lock. He was very professional and thorough. I really appreciated his help and input.

I initially received a quote for I think $75 over the phone when he got there, it was a little more since he had to drill bigger holes. he did a good job. After he had left, I noticed that the lock was crooked from the outside. I called him and he came back later that day to straighten the lock. He was responsive and I am satisfied with the service overall.

Very fine work and high level of professionalism. Slightly high in price, but well worth it for the excellent service. I would use ADI Locksmith again and recommend them if asked.

Adi was extremely nice and responsive. Even on a Sunday morning, he came right over. I was in my house within 10 minutes of his arrival. I highly recommend!

Locksmith was very responsive and was at my house under 30 minutes. Quickly diagnosed the problem and the repair was completed within 5 minutes. Locksmith was very professional.

I have an electrician, HVAC expert, plumber and exterminator I swear by... They are super stars. However, I've had nothing but problems with locksmiths. Finally found Adi Gogan and checked him out on Angie's List. He was prompt, courteous, repaired the bad lock (at a fair price) and made me feel safe in my home again. I've officially added Adi to my super star supplier list!

Adi is great. He determined that the lock could not be picked or slid open with a credit card. He then drilled out the keyhole and opened the door. The entire procedure took only 10 minutes. He cleaned up after himself and was friendly and professional. I was in a hurry, otherwise I would have asked him to change out several locks that I want to have re-keyed. I will call him soon to return and perform this service.

This went very good, they were very responsive. It ended up costing a little more because there was an issue and we had to have a whole lock replacement.

They are great! They have been our regular locksmith for about a year now. We find their pricing very comparable to other locksmiths and they are always available when we need them. We trust them.
