small appliance repair
+ -1 moreThese people cannot be trusted. It is now nearly February and the stove is still not fixed. In the last 6 weeks we have been told the service tech has hand, foot and mouth disease, the part didn't come in yet, I'm going to pick it up but got in an accident on the way, "I'm here" - but then is actually at an address in Arlington-when we live in Dallas. The only thing they are good at is creating lies. It would be comical if I didn't have 2 burners in pieces. Finally started calling store and they consistently say, let me check and see what's going on, I'll call you back? and yet they do not call back. They cannot be trusted. And my stove is still not fixed! They lie; they do not respond and they do not do the work.
Description of Work: I called them to fix a Thermador stove before Thanksgiving. There was a $150 service call applied to cost of repair. Then another $550 when he got here. He fixed stove… but tore apart 2 of the burners to get to it. Burners are still not fixed.
