We called him once and we had to stand over him to fix one of the holes, but has yet to repair the others. If he had finished the work he was hired to do, there would have been no further damage. He is refusing to even honor his 3 warranty. Not only are we out the money we paid for the work that was not completed, but now out money for damages caused from his negligence. We even had to pay for someone else to come out and fix the repair he had made.
Description of Work: Hired to re-roof my home and necessary repairs during the process.When he re-roofed, he was to redo decking, felt, and the shingles. He neglected to redo the decking and the felt, leaving holes exposed in the roof. He covered with the shingles and this allowed water to leak in and caused damage to my kitchen.

Accent Roofing & Construction has been in business for 37 yrs. We have nothing less than 5-star reviews across the internet, as seen in "Google My Business", Google Reviews and Yelp. We also have an A+ ranking with the BBB, with zero complaints! Ms. [Member Name Removed] listed the wrong company in her review! It was not our company that she hired as claimed. We are also ranked in "Expertise" with an A+ and listed as # 2 in the top 10 best roofing companies in Dallas. We could not have this stellar reputation if we treated people in the way this person claimed. We started in 1985 and were the only "Accent", in North Texas. Since then, there have been 4 other companies pop up who have copied our name in some form or another. Example: there is 1) accent roofing company & construction, 2) accent roofing company and remodeling, 3) accent roofing construction (without the "&") and 4) accent roofing Duncanville. I have no idea which one of these companies did Ms. [Member Name Removed] wrong but it wasn't our company! We never fail to complete work that the customer hired us for. If there's a problem, we stand behind or work and honor our warranties. Furthermore, we keep records of every project and customer. We do not know [Member Name Removed] we have never met her nor have we ever worked for her. We do not have her name or her address in our data base. Somehow Ms. [Member Name Removed] got us mixed up with one of the other accent companies and listed us by mistake. If you look up Accent Roofing & Construction, you will find examples of what of our customer's say about us; even the 1,000's of customers that did not placed a review, would say the same thing; that we are a great company that goes above and beyond what we were hired to do. We want customers to call us back if they ever have a need, so we take care of them always. We strive to exceed customer's expectations.
