I was initially happy with Phillip's in-house evaluation, but not with his professionalism when we chose another company. I was really considering paying the mark-up in order to get professional installation, I'm glad I didn't.
Description of Work: I called for an estimate on A/C and Heating replacement. Phillip Sterling came and did an evaluation of the unit. I was impress by how he described his work, but not the estimate. The estimate was 35% above most of the bids. Phillip eventually drop his initial bid, but it wasn't enough for my decision to accept his new bid. I politely informed Phillip we didn't accept his bid and gave it to another company. This didn't set well with Phillip, and I continue to receive text from him. This continue for a week.
