Description of Work: At their facility, the company refinished a dining table which was damaged by a ceiling repair company. Although we discussed that I wanted the exact original appearance and finish which showed the wood quality, I did not receive a table with the same look! Apparently this did not get relayed by the persons selling the service to the person doing the work! I received a dark tone table top lacking the view of the wood quality. In addition the table top did not match the table legs. They returned to match the legs but had no floor covers and moved the project to the patio. They had to return again to get 90% of the spray paint off the patio floor. The bonus was that the company was responsive!

Description of Work: I had a wonderful Ethan Allen Cogwheel Coffee table purchased in the 70's that was in great need of refinishing. Also an end table that was purchased with the coffee table. I small round dining table that was from my father, badly in need of refinishing. All were refinished beautifully.

Description of Work: Very satisfied. Picked-up Kitchen table, stripped off old peeling finish, refinished with new stain to match color sample. Treated the finish with extra finish layers for durability. Delivered it as scheduled. Kept in contact along the process so we knew the status of our order.

Description of Work: Aaron's restored four damaged dining rooms chairs that were broken from shipping. The wood was repaired, strengthened, fabric was ordered through them and then the chairs were recovered. The work was phenomenal, no one would ever know they were terribly damaged. On top of that they were unbelievably honest in all steps of the work. I would have them do any furniture repair or upholstery in the future! I am a true customers and have not been asked to say these things!

Description of Work: Someone came to home within a week and never heard from him again. About 3 wks later started over, called several times and got no response for 2-3 wks, then finally a call. Man said he uad found the data the first guy left somewhere and said he would get right on it. Gave him my e mail and waited and waited and waited. Finally sent him e mails a couple of times saying Iwas not interested anymore. Finally an e mail came with somelame excuse with an estimate attached. Much too high for my budget. End of story.
