Description of Work: They installed cameras in my business and the link kept going down. We couldn't access the devices online 4 months later. By the time someone came out to fix, we had to pay extra and it didn't really solve the problem. We paid a lot of money for camera system that works inside the store, but without usable internet access, it was a waste of money.

 + -1 moreAs far as repairs goes, it is much easier. I can just make one phone call and get everything taken care of. They are a local company and I know who I am getting. Otherwise, it could be anybody coming. They are very flexable on when they could come. They gave me ideas on what I should be put. I was very pleased with them. Also, their monitor service is less expensive. I feel that I am getting more for my money.
Description of Work: Alarm system and I switched my monitoring service over to them.
