They did okay. They weren't punctual. There wasn't a follow-up to see how the job was done. They were pretty good. They did a good job.

It went very well. They showed up early. They tested the keys in all four locks for me. There was a breach in security at my house and they responded with a sense of urgency. They showed up earlier than they had originally proposed. Asher was very professional, courteous and worked very quickly. If I had to use them again, I would request Asher. Also, we had a Big Deal voucher, which they gladly honored.

It went very well with the tech that was dispatched. But the dispatchers were extremely disorganized. Called us 11 times - and over lapped techs. Another words they are a third party dispatch center that sends out different independent locksmith. I would recommend doing business directly with the locksmiths. Not to mention it was a high quote - they will not quote over the phone. Save money by going direct.

Came on time, the work was done very professionally, explained everything needed to know about the new smart code lock, price was very reasonable.

Easy to schedule. They even graciously accommodated a last minute change in our schedule. The gentlemen who came was very professional and friendly. My husband enjoyed talking with him about the business of being a locksmith. We will definitely call them again if we need to change locks in the future.

The guys working with 911 Locksmith were very flexible in understanding that I may have to cancel the appointment at the last minute. They were able to provide same-day service, which was important to us because we'd just bought the house and felt more comfortable having the locks changed on the day we got possession of the house. The gentleman who came was very professional, kind and worked quickly. I'm very happy with this company and highly recommend them!

Sean called me in advance to let me know he was on his way. He was very informative and efficient. It took him less than 30 minutes to rekey my 4 locks. If you want a polite and efficient individual, ask for Sean. I will use them again when I upgrade to keypad locks.

Simple: he rekeyed six locks and installed a Z-wave bolt. Excellent work and will definitely use again when needed.

After locking myself out, they came over quickly to let me in. He had the door open after only a few short minutes. As I was planning on having my locks relayed anyway, had him do that as well. All was done efficiently and professionally. I definitely recommend

It started out great. They showed up on time, were nice and professional and got things taken care of. Afterwards I went to have a couple of extra keys made which is where the problems began. I went to Home Depot 3 times to try to get a key made that would fit and nothing would. I finally called back and they told me to go to Ace Hardware. The closest one was in Richardson and I live in Dallas. Finally, I called back and asked them to make the additional keys and they set up a time for a Thursday evening. I left work, rushed to get home and they no-showed. I called and no returned call. Friday they left a message about 1:35pm asking if I'd be around between 2-2:30. I work, so that wasn't an option. I returned the call later, called again over the weekend, called again on Monday and never EVER got a call back. Unprofessional.

Exceptional customer service. I was so impressed with their attention and care. The art of customer service is hard to find these days. But I believe these guys really believe in customer service and care about their clients. Thank you 911 Locksmith!!!!
