The service went fine, he told when he will come & he was there, he was on time & very polite, he did what he said he would do.

Very professional service tech looked the problem over, suggested he could repair rather than replace the nearly 20 year mechanism -- and he did! In addition, after considering the situation, he chose to not charge us the $15 cost of the part, and collected only for the service call -- a total of about 50-50% lower than tow other quotes for the same job!

The technician arrived on time and performed the work in an efficient and timely manner. We have agreed to pricing ahead of time. Am very happy I chose this locksmith and would do so again.

Benny arrived exactly on time, and he was very professional. Showed me his ID and arrived in a 911 Locksmith van with everything he needed. Benny got the job done very quickly and showed me that all the new keys worked fine and that the old keys no longer worked. I will use them again on my rentals - ask for Benny!

It was difficult to get in touch with Asher as his listed work number was either never answered or was busy. When I resorted to email to try to contact him, he gave me his cell phone. But time would pass between each contact by me. We finally set a date for him to come to my house to plan work - it was on a saturday and I had to make arrangements for others to be there because I was out of time. He showed up late and then tried to say he had been there - but I had someone there so know that was not true. In light of all of the problems, I discontinued the plan to have him do the work.
