Description of Work: It took them 2 tries to fix the problem. And they still didn't fix it. I had to call another locksmith and they were the one that fix it right the 1st time. They charge me $50.00. Next time I'm calling them. The 911 locksmith owe me an appologe.

I just had the locks on 2 doors rekeyed by Asher from 911 Locksmith and Security. Asher was incredibly professional, he called in advance to showing up, he showed up on time, he did the job quickly and was very polite and professional. I really appreciate companies that provide great service and I will definitely call them again if I ever need a locksmith. Thanks guys, I appreciate it.

The deal was misleading the provider up charged me an additional $45 for the service. The service provider was patronizing over the phone initially and argued with me about pricing on the phone as well as in person. I asked for a replacement door knob. He didn't have a gold or brass knob on the truck. He didn't offer to go get one that I wanted instead of fixing the one I have to work but not function properly and lock. He instead took the locking mech out of the existing part and put it back together. I now have a door that opens and closes but does not lock. He was punctual and did arrive same day as purchase for service. That is one of the only things I can say was a pro from this provider. He arrived in the wrong location, I stated he was in the wrong location but he insisted he was in the right location. Over all to sum it up the provider is difficult to deal with at best.
Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for $19 for a Locksmith Service Call.

We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied. As you can see from our other reviews, we always do our best to make sure that our customers are fully satisfied. The deal you purchased was written by Angie's List and is a standard locksmith deal. The deal is for a discounted service call ($19 instead of $40). The deal stated that the labor is not included. This is the case because every job requires different amounts of labor. We are sorry that you felt that the technician argued with you about pricing. To be fair, he contacted you before the appointment to discuss the estimated labor cost, so you would have the opportunity to cancel if it was unsatisfactory. Our customers always have the right to cancel an appointment after hearing the quote and receive a full refund.
