Mike came out to assess for a free estimate. I had these repairs done before many years ago and his estimate a very fair estimate so I had him do the repairs on the spot. He spent a long time replacing the springs but also reinforcing the doors and making sure they operated correctly. My motors are old and when they stop, I will use 911 Garage Doors to replace e them. Michael answered my phone call slightly after 8 AM and was at my home by 10 AM. He was very professional and completed the work quickly. He took the time to explain the functions and how to integrate the new opener with the app. He is a friendly and engaging business owner.

These folks are a refreshing change after another company quoted nearly $1,500 in needed repairs. They inspected the door and said there were some worn parts, but the door was sound and just wait until something failed. There was no charge for the service call.

Oh my gosh, Michael was wonderful! I called the business # and didn’t get an answer. His site says text if no answer. He replied right away, at 1 am. He asked for picture of springs. He agreed it was broken. He came out within the time window quoted. Replaced both springs and did tuneup for no charge as I was a new customer. Very professional. Very, very pleased with my service. We will call him again!

My current opener was almost 20 years old and giving me problems. Michael (the owner) came himself, and gave me a quote on a new opener that was lower than I've been given by other companies (thanks in part to a much appreciated First Customer discount). He came on Labor Day and had it installed in an hour. He was extremely nice, professional and made it affordable for me. I will use him again if need be.

Contacted 911 Garage Door Repair Pros on Friday at Noon & Michael came to analyze our situation in a couple of hours. No pressure to replace our garage door ...... but, he pointed out that, even tho he could repair the dented panel that we called about, our 18-year old doors had rusted springs, plastic rollers, no support strut & worn cables. We decided to replace both doors. Antonio came the following Monday & did an excellent job installing the new doors. We were concerned that the new panels would not match our outside trim but, were pleasantly surprised that they were identical (color & texture).....no painting needed. Very pleased with the new, safer doors.....and, with 911 Garage Door Repair Pros. With the newer nylon rollers, much quieter!

Michael came very promptly - he did not try to sell on the most expensive solution. He informed me I didn't need a new garage door just the opener, My garage door is 18' by 8' so its oversized and therefore more costly to replace. I ended up going with a complete replacement of the door to avoid future problems and a new Lyftmaster opener. Michael was by far the best option for both cost and quality. Got everything done very quickly and saved several hundred dollars in the process. Michael also provides outstanding service after the sale. I would very highly recommend him and his company, and would use his services in the future!

Contacted Michael on Sunday morning who told me he would be at my residence that afternoon. He arrived early afternoon, replaced the broken spring from the inventory in his van, lubricated the door and was gone within an hour. I've used him a couple of times and found him responsive and professional.

I waited another 20 minutes and negotiated with other responses and decided to use him for my garage repair. He showed up next morning on time and finished the job before my wife left home for work.
