Description of Work: 34 Oaks was recommended by our contractor as having done a lot of great work in the PAST. I think they have grown too big for current work load. Plans were delayed over a month, we had to chase them to finalize. This should have been our first clue. 34Oaks measured wrong, and had to re-measure just for the plans 3 times, they still didn't get it right. When the cabinets arrived some were in the wrong size, and some did not match the plans. We sent some of the cabinets back. 34 Oaks came out again, and they had the wrong measurements again, and wrong finishes. sent back. New cabinets again, and they were still wrong! This time, recut on site to get into kitchen. We are still missing a piece they just forgot to make. A remodel that should have been weeks quick has taken months, mostly due to them. you get what you pay for. The cabinets look great now, but absolutely not worth this level of hassle and the 7 months it has taken from design to finishing now. I would STRONGLY recommend against them, unless you are a big corporate customer and can get more of their attention to detail.

Description of Work: Custom cabinets. Asked for certain things was led to believe we were getting high quality and got cheapest instead. They are beautiful, but the soft close is a joke.
