1st Choice Sprinklers

Let me start off by saying that I'm very particular about my yard, and I know more about sprinkler repair than your average homeowner after having (3) irrigation systems installed in (3) homes in (3) states over the past 5 years. I've had repair companies come and go, and would never use most of them ever again. From my experience, sprinkler repair crews tend to have at least one major flaw....either poor communication, never on time, a bit shady and overpriced, English language barrier, inexperienced, use cheap materials, etc..... That being said, my foreman Jonathan was one of the most pleasant guys I've ever had work on my sprinklers. Since my home was built I've had lots of landscaping work done and the zones no longer made sense. Plants beds were mixed with grass zones, heads needed to be capped, foundation wasn't getting properly watered, overspray was damaging wood, etc, etc. I previously had (2) other companies come out and assess my needs, and neither of them were able to propose a solution that made sense. After almost giving up I gave 1st choice a call and Jonathan made sense of the situation and offered an outside the box solution within (5) minutes. It's as if he read my mind and it wasn't painful telling him what I envisioned. He offered an economical workaround to one problem zone, reconfigured the other zones by adding heads, capping heads, etc, etc in a way that just worked. The crew was on time, very friendly, easy to communicate with, and cleaned up to the point of buying top soil to level out an area they had to dig around to make it look as good as possible instead of leaving me with a big mess. I couldn't recommend 1st Choice Sprinklers more, and specifically, Jonathan as your foreman.

I called Brandon and told him I was having problems with my sprinkler system. One the sections was not coming on and could not figure out why. Brandon put me down for an appointment and showed up promptly the next morning. Brandon and helper, Andy, were very polite. After talking for a few minutes. They got right to work locating the valve. When he found it, he assisted and figure out the problem. He then, let me know the price and the work that needed to be done to get the system back up and running properly, before he did any work. With my okay, he took care of the valve, and even put the grass back the way it was. You could not even tell he had dug a hole in my lawn. Brandon was wonderful with me and my lawn, and his prices were very reasonable.
