Description of Work: Ricardo gave our home a complete refresh; he painted kitchen cabinets, living room, kitchen, front door, exterior wood surfaces including siding, chimney, window and door frames. He replaced deteriorated wood around the chimney, siding, eaves, and doors. He touched up the trim throughout our home interior. He sanded and stained our large back yard deck. He hung new gutters. He replaced a broken floor tile and regrouted our kitchen and bathroom floors. Widened bathroom door from 24 to 32 inches for wheelchair access, (he had to remove bathroom mirror that was glued to the wall an in the way and he had to drill a hole in the attic so I could move the wall switch). Without being asked, Ricardo painted a couple of doors, fixed two gates in our backyard so they no longer drag on the ground and easily latch closed. He offered to remove our old window blinds and hang our new curtains. He helped repair minor plumbing problem. We did ask him to hang our new microwave after the Homer's installers refused to do so because of a non-standard setup and he readily agreed. He came week before commencing the project to power wash our deck so it would be nicer for a party we were about to have.
