 + 0 moreWe had a house fire and SERVPRO hired Pacos drywall to come in and paint the house where there was severe smoke damage. He was awesome and a super nice guy. They changed the colors we requested to make my wife happy while doing the paint. I will use him for any home repair stuff in the future.

 + 0 morePaco called me back just to tell me he was too busy! So many contractors do not bother to return calls when they are overbooked. Paco not only called me back immediately to discuss his schedule, he was incredibly kind and courteous about it. I would definitely hire him in the future--but call early and get on the schedule!
Description of Work: Promptly returned my call to tell me that he would not be able to do the work for three months because he is pre-booked that far in advance.

 + 0 moreWe have worked with Paco before, so we just called him up and asked for a quote. He walked through the house and looked at the work to be done and provided a quote on the spot. They were able to start work the next day, a Friday, and completed everything on the following Wednesday. Paco did a walk through after the work was done and took care of a few outstanding items. Overall a good experience.
Description of Work: Paco and his team removed wallpaper in the kitchen and applied texture to the walls. They also applied texture to the walls of the master bathroom and did some minor drywall repairs around the house. The ceiling of the living room was retextured with traditional "popcorn" ceiling material. They painted the master bedroom, bathroom and closet, two of the other bedrooms, a hallway, the living room, kitchen, and formal dining room.

 + -1 moreWell I put it in the wrong area I guess. More to follow tomorrow. They were also nice about moving things out of the room. Well the job is finished and I am pleased with everything except that the leak spots on the ceiling in the bedroom need another coat. I have not told them that yet.
Description of Work: They are a sheet rock company. I got a bid from another paint company that seemed very nice and professional but that person did not offer to replace sheet rock or go to the trouble of retaping the whole room. These guys have worked a long day on stilts replacing a cracked area and retaping the whole living room. Other painters wanted to put a strip of wood around where the wall meets the ceiling. Others were hesitant about matching texture. Now true the job isn't finished but I am very happy so far. This is being done just the way I wanted putting the room back the way it was rather than just patching a crack and covering up the pulled tape and cracks. I had to get the paint but that is ok.
