Rodney (JMR Services) was extremely conscientious of his work This was a major bath remodel from top to bottom on a very old house. In addition to his work he also was a excellent project manager in that he identified other items that really needed fixing while he was there (old rusted steel pipe, water heater issues, structural issues etc) all of which he ran past me first. He truly is a family business with family values.

Super nice husband and wife company. Provided excellent work. Get written estimate first. Gave me worst case verbal estimate, which included having to replace sub flooring around toilet and where tub had leaked $1100, floor was not touched, bill was $1175, no change on him so took $1150, replaced wax ring under toilet and flange, I provided ring, fixed leak in shower plumbing after removed sheetrock, he provided new shower head, faucet, and temp control adjuster....did not replace sheetrock, which was agreed upon since wall, wood, and carpet needed to dry....back to verbal estimate was told toilet alone would be $600 since if he had to replace plywood sub flooring the ceramic tile would have to come up and he would have to replace the floor covering.....so he only replaced the ring that I bought, and flange/bolts he bought since toilet rocked. So was that still $600??? Was told same senerio about shower leak, again all he did was rip off sheetrock, make 3 snips of soft trailer house plumbing tubing, replaced that section which looks like football goal post about the size of a 4way tire iron (actually smaller) left to get parts, came back did a little work and then left again to get a forgot part and lunch, came back finished, I did not time anything, but was a half day project including the time they were gone. I feel a written estimate would have solved all of this, don't forget they were very nice and the work was well done.

Was told it would be $200.00 but ended up being $400.00 and $100 more in parts and a $100 more in labor. We got the work done prompt and pretty fairly priced.

Rodney installed a new undermount sink when several other plumbers had refused. He not only used glue but also created an ad hoc underframe to hold up the sink. Very friendly and honest. I will recommend him highly.

They are AMAZING!! The kindest, most professional husband and wife duo you could ask for. They are honest, hardworking, and the best plumbers anyone could ask for. They fixed all of my plumbing issues and are coming back to do some repair work in my kitchen. They installed a toilet and replaced 2 hot water heaters. I could not be more pleased. The best!!!

Finding leaks is a tricky business and JMR came out immediately and worked hard to identify the leak. It took over eight hours, checking each and every joint until finally locating not one leak, but two. JMR worked consistently until the system was checked out by the gas company and the pilots were lit. It wasn't cheap, but JMR definitely did a great job!

Water was sipping out through our floor foundation and we had no clue what to do or who to call. I signed up with HomeAdvisors and JMR was on the recommend list. I spoke to Rodney and he came to the house within an hour. He found the problem and gave us options on what needed to be done to repair this major problem. By this time, we had already removed the carpet and water was going all over the place. Rodney and his team started working immediately. It took 5 days because the entire water lines were replaced, since all of the lines were within the foundation. We had to reroute all the waterlines. After the job was completed, they cleaned all the affected areas. They did an awesome job. We will definitely call them if need to.

We would use JMR again. Rodney was very responsive. I wish they accepted credit cards or a mailed check, as we are out of state.
