VILLAGE BUILDERS

Some of the things that happened were the carpet started to pull apart, we had trouble with the sprinkler system, the fireplace was smelling, & we even had a problem with the plumbing. When we called, they asked why my husband couldn't look after it. This house is a beautiful home & we find that the company has lowered its standards over the years. We cannot get anything done that needs to be done to our house. We have a 10-year warranty on some things & we are limited in who we call. If we are not happy with the work, then there is no one else we can call. Recently, we discovered the company at the time of sale had given us the understanding that our siding was "Hearty Plank" concrete as we were given a warranty card for the siding company. Now we discovered that it is not "Hearty Plank" as we had thought all these years. We are not pleased with this company, as they do not take our concerns seriously, & they simply avoid doing what is necessary to fix the problem.

They built our first home too. We liked the first one so much that when we decided to move to a new area and have Village Builders build our second home. Both homes we picked from their floor plans with some minor changes. They were very efficient in getting things done. The second home was an upgrade from the first and we moved to a new area. It took about 6 months to build our new home and the company has been great and very professional to deal with. So far we have had no problems.

They are a very professional company who builds homes. They build top quality homes and also look after the landscaping. We viewed the selection of homes and chose a 4-bedroom good quality home. We were pleased with the work. We moved in and everything has been great. The company also looked after the landscaping, which was included with their services. The house is very nice and we are all pleased with the quality and punctuality of the company, as they were very professional at all times. We have a New Year warranty if we have any problems, but so far we are very happy with everything.
