BUYER BEWARE!!! These people are crooks!!! I needed work on some commercial refrigerators. They came by and tried to scam me but if $800... The repair man could hardly speak English "THAT'S THE FIRST RED FLAG" He looked at my refrigerators and tempted them with an infrared gun and act like that was the accurate temperature... He didn't check anything on the unit,but he quickly told me that my units all needed freon... "ALL THREE UNITS WAS THE SECOND RED FLAG AFTER NOT CHECKING ANYTHING " ... After everything they tried to con me and tried to charge me a separate services charge each refrigerator 3 of them.. " HOW MAN MORE RED FLAGS DO YOU NEED????" I wanted to test them. I asked them is it a warranty. I got a fast NO... I called another company and had them do the work l. To no surprise neither of the units needed freon... It's a shame they just thought I was going to give them $800 without a warranty and at the least $300 in service charges... That could be their hustle. Just make money on service charges...IJS "UPDATED REVIEW " This company called me after seeing the review and offered me half of my service charge back if I remove the review. I declined then the guy offered a full refund and I declined again... I let them know that people need to know the truth about their shady business practices... The next day the called and texted me about removing the review... This is part of the reason the have a good Google score plus them also doing fake reviews 9 times out of 10... I would have taken it down if this company didn't feel like they were an honest business. Everyone has bad days and can do a bad job and we should be forgiving of that,but it's another thing when you're taking advantage of people...

I wish they were not able to advertise on this site. This company took my $1253 to replace the compressor and refrigerant in my Samsung Family Hub refrigerator. I called a week later to report the smell of "freon" and was told it would go away. I called less than a month later because my fridge stopped making ice. I was told the tech would call me back. I called and left messages for weeks. When I did get an answer I was told the compressor was only 90 day warranty and it had expired. I would have to pay for everything again. But, If they ordered a bad compressor they should have reached out to the company they ordered it from. Instead I was told unless I paid again there was nothing they would do. I do not recommend companies that do not back up their company warranty (1 year all major repairs) or fight to help you if they were wronged with poor part quality

Took them 3 times to fix the issue with Samsung refrigerator. tech had to Facetime the office to get instructions as he was not certified or properly trained. Was working our of his personal car. Do not use.

***AWARENESS*** check photos for proof I hired this company ironically because of their great reviews on google and had the worst experience. Due to my bad experience I left a bad review on google as any unsatisfied customer would do, and the company owner has taken it upon himself to now harass me with threats of bashing my company with bad reviews and so on and so forth and has begun to do just that, leaving us bad reviews using other names of people we have never met or serviced. If the harassment doesn’t end I’ll be forced to take this up with authorities because no company should be taking cuatomer information for malicious use after business has concluded. They were hired to do a job which is the only reason they were provided with address & phone numbers, not to harass us as customers and business owners. These people are completely unprofessional and wouldn’t give me information to these clowns, STAY AWAY!

Unprofessional & Careless! Donâ t Do It! Came to work on my fridge & Mis diagnosed the problem. Waited almost two wks for a new board, to find out that my old board was good. Now he â Mackâ decides to do a proper diagnostic. Took everything apart & says, coils, fan, & Freon are issues. Fed me some bs about I donâ t want to take your money to fix it & and it goes out in 3 months. I told him to put everything back together & Iâ ll decide what I would do later. Had it check by another tech & was told part are missing and I have a broken waterline. Long story short, Mack stole parts and damage the water line n says he didnâ t do anything.â ¦. SMH

Our refrigerator wasnâ t cooling. They came the same day, diagnose and then came back later with the parts to fix it. They were knowledgeable, efficient and clean. I really appreciate their quick response and technical expertise.

I spent $750 in 2 visits to repair my LG dishwasher. After that, it was determined that I needed to buy a new dishwasher. I was concerned about spending that amount of money on repairs vs. spending it on a new unit. He told me to trust him and go with repairs rather than a new machine. Bottom line. After spending $750 on him, I spent another $1,000 to install a new unit. I am still upset.

They get A+++ for responsiveness. We had decided to replace the fridge rather than repair, after another company gave us a very major diagnosis. We decided to do some comparison shopping first, found this company on Angi, and they offered a lower price on the expensive repair, so we decided to repair. They were out quickly, did the repair, and left. We were told to give it 24-48 hours to cool before using it. A few hours later we realized the fridge was not running, we called and they came back the next day, finding more work that was needed. I think they should have made sure the fridge was running before leaving the first time. Had we known the second repair would be needed, we likely would have replaced it instead, but I do not know enough to know whether it was their fault or not for not knowing. After the second repair, the fridge was running fine, but the ice maker would not work. Called back, they were out in 20 minutes, but honestly I could not understand what he told me, there was a language barrier going on but he insisted it was nothing he did to cause it to stop working. It was working fine before the repair work started. I have been on YouTube trying to figure out how to get the ice maker to work. The fellow was on the phone constantly while he was working on it, I have no idea if it was personal calls or if he was having someone tell him what to do on the repair because it was in some other language. It made me uncomfortable and I think we will be using someone else next time. Update, now the freezer isn't freezing well, it is only 20 degrees even though it is set for 0 degrees.

Arrived the day of contacting, quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered part. Came back on Memorial Day to install and fix issue! Amazing

When my wife told him the age of the dishwasher, he said it was at the end of its expected life. My wife had to explain the error codes to him. He seemed to be on the phone to someone at the office who was leading through the steps to interpret the codes. We subsequently had a factory service tech come out who replaced the electronic control modules. When he examined the range, he tested for gas leaks on the hose at the wall and at the range regulator and said there was no leaks. When my wife pointed out the smell above the regulator, he said that it was just a residual odor as gas often adheres to metal. We subsequently had a factory service tech come out who confirmed that there was a leak on the range side of the regulator, and was able to fix that by tightening the fitting.

Handyman was able to identify the issue, secure the parts for repair, and return once the parts had arrived to fix the appliance.
